Great place to spend a few winter days in Morro Bay. New, clean rooms. Nice private deck with fireplace. Got a free bottle of wine and $20 off the downstairs restaurant.
Would have given them 5 stars but the reservation site adds significant fees after you enter your credit card.
We stayed in room 207, a king with patio in this cute boutique inn. It was clean, modern, large bathroom and comfy memory foam bed. Our room didn't face the water, which was OK, it had a pation with a couch, chairs and a fire table, which we used at night. There was additional seating at rooftop deck and views of the water, stacks, and seals a few steps from our patio. Fantastic first experience in Morro Bay.
My husband surprised me with a stay here while we were on our babymoon in California. This hotel was absolutely beautiful. It’s right on the water across from Morro Rock. The rooms are modern and well decorated. The fireplace made it extra cozy. And from our balcony, we could look out at the bay and the boats and Morro Rock at sunset, and even hear some sea lions. When we checked in, the gave us a bottle of wine (I wasn’t able to have any) and some local chocolates. It was great to be able to walk right downstairs to eat that night, and we were able to walk around Morro Bay and explore the next day. It was a quiet and romantic stay—I would go back in a heartbeat!
This is an exquisite inn right in the center of the embarcadero. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and secure. I had an amazing view of the Rock and the sea lions from my room. The gentleman at the front desk (I believe his name was Christian) was extremely kind and accommodating! They also gave me a free bottle of wine! I highly recommend this inn to anyone seeking a great hotel in Morro Bay!
Rose’s Bar & Grill is hands down the best seafood restaurant in Morro Bay. Highly recommend steamers (clams) and clam chowder. Can’t go wrong. Been coming here for over 30 years.
It is rare that I feel moved to write a review but having spent two days in Morro Bay it has been one of the highlights of our Californian road trip. The Inn is fantastic, the rooms are spacious and the bar and grill downstairs has a great range of beers with decent food. ||Value for money is a challenge as a UK visitor in California as everywhere we are staying appears scandalously expensive, but putting that to one side this place was fantastic.
Positive: Amazing people, clean and comfortable inn made it easy for me to relax and enjoy my getaway. Awesome room and facilities, great location, fantastic restaurant right at the inn. The people were super friendly and helpful! Negative: The parking had me nervous, as this place can fill with cars. The public lot across the street always had a spot available, but I was nervous about being towed after hours. I was assured this would not be a problem, and it wasn't.
Great standard of accommodation, rooms and beds very comfortable. Bathrooms of a high standard. Fantastic location, great views and firepit on the deck. Friendly helpful staff. Good value at the price point. Complimentary wine and chocolates a very nice touch. Local pastries and coffee available for breakfast. Great stay for family with teens.

Morro Bay Maritime Museum. This place is my favorite place. There was no fee but the place was amazing. It had a lot of boats and boat-related stuff ð¶. On one of the boats, you could go inside the engine inside the boat and have a good look at it.
We were in town for a few weeks and needed a place to work out. We were treated kindly at this gym by staff. Elders worked out next to teens, everyone respectful. We found all of the machines and equipment we needed for a thorough workout. Thank you
