Inn At Rohnert Park - Hotel in Rohnert Park - 5040 Redwood Dr, USA

Positive: Room was clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Kids enjoyed the pool. I have stayed at this location a few times now and plan to again. Negative: There was a man in the parking lot yelling at others and talking to himself. He was near my vehicle in the evening and then was seen again in the morning also hanging around. Maybe security to help people feel safer.

I tried but it was really bad. There was a man screaming every half hour "get out" Lady standing in the hallway arguing with her man for at least 6 hours starting at midnight. Dirty rooms and i know the rooms are cheap and we got in late to just sleep and go check in at another hotel. We ended up leaving early and tired. I payed extra to check in early at Oxford suites. Never again can I bring my son and his friends there. Unsafe for sure. WHY DO I HAVE TO GET IN AN ALTERCATION WITH PEOPLE SCREAMING OUTSIDE A ROOM SO I CAN SLEEP? That is 100% your job and the fact that you guys let that stuff goes on shows you do not care about your travelers and would rather those rooms go to people staying longer and doing illegal things. I hate to see what this place will be in 1 year. At the least have decent coffee it was the worse I have ever had. I took 1 sip and tossed it.

I book for 3 days, 2 nights but had to leave mid-day 2 because i never did get Wi-Fi. The bed was a terrible coiled mattress, the shower handle was loose so I had to take a tepid shower, I needed to have Wi-Fi access to watch movies on tv. These are aggravating, but I needed to go home because I had work to do and could not go into day 3 with no Wi-Fi. |I have stayed at this hotel over 10 yrs but they now have new management.|I will never come back here.

Just stayed here for the night. I was almost hesitant because of so many bad reviews but I’m guessing this place really turned things around as I believe it was recently remodeled. We had a perfect stay. Lovely office, friendly check in. Property is well lit and plenty of parking. Seemed like a perfectly safe area. Our room was impeccably clean top to bottom. Super comfy king bed with plenty of pillows. Room has fridge but no microwave. Secure, deadbolt along with two other locks. Plenty of food places right nearby. Walking distance to casino (.5 mile). An absolute bargain for the price. I’m actually wondering if they will be raising rates due to the remodel. If you are looking for a place to stay for the casino, you cannot beat this place.

This motel is the worst motel I have ever stayed at in 60 years we were early to check in by about an hour and they said we could check in early for a $50 fee $50 for a room we've already paid for but we can't get in for one more hour Not a very family-oriented establishment whatsoever I don't care what the policy is an hour early to check in is ridiculous when in fact you don't even get the room for 24 hours what the heck is that as far as I know when I say I'm going to stay there for the night that's a day one full day overnight not 21 hours This place is a rip off and has a nasty attitude . And I can only imagine the only reason you don't have Google reviews is because you know how bad your establishment is

Positive: "" Negative: We were not allowed a early check in as we were traveling at 3am and became very tired. Once we were not allowed to check in we continued our drive (an additional 3hours). We were told we would get a refund an the manager declined. They took my money.

The rooms don’t look anything like the photos on the site. A/C did not work in 1st room, moved to another, which wasn’t better. They never serviced my room, no coffee machine or breakfast here. They charged my card twice, which did not release for 10 days AFTER I checked out. Dirty grounds, elevator and I could hear neighbors all hours of the night. No sleeping here.

Excellent value and friendly staff. They remodeled and this hotel is in a convenient location off the 101. There are 24 hour food options and markets within walking distance. Large parking lot and clean rooms. I highly recommend and look forward going back when I’m in Rhonert Park.
