Positive: The size of the room and the look of the lobby. Negative: It had no pool!!!!! The breakfast is awful!!! The price is ridiculous for what is offered.

Great air conditioning! Great shower head pressure! Could hardly get anyone to clean my room. In 6 days they cleaned it one time that's the only negative. But the rooms were clean when I got there and the AC worked really good and so we were happy. Great place for groups because they have a lot of seating area. Breakfast was pretty good too!

Positive: The room was very spacious and clean.The location of the hotel was great because it was within the vicinity of the places I'd planned to attend.The front desk & housekeeping staff were all very pleasant. Negative: The only complaint I have is the morning noise level was extremely bad. I was on the 1st floor. I would recommend staying away from rooms near the breakfast area. If you're not checking out early, expect to be rudely awakened.

Positive: Check-in process was seamless, staff was friendly. Made us feel welcome. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, the kids enjoyed it. The rooms were exactly as pictured. Stay was 13-14 August 2023. I could not go to sleep tonight without providing my disappointment with my stay at Inn@Green St, Conyors, Georgia. I checked out without being able to take a shower because there was hair all over the shower on the walls. It was disgusting. It was unsanitary. I did not notice the night before. Had I, I would have said something immediately. This has was not just from one wall, it was from all the walls. When I reported my disappointment to the reception at check out, she asked me why did I not ask to change rooms. I responded nicely, but in my mind, I wanted to say why was I not given a clean room in the first place. Who does a quality check of the rooms? I was going to stay more than one day, but decided to go to the Fairfield Inn & Suites on Sullivan Road. My room here is extremely clean. I have been a platinum member for 9 years and a I am a lifetime Gold member. I stay with Marriott because it has always been my favorite hotel franchise and I have always had exceptional service. I asked for a refund and the manager Octavia offered me 5000 points. I won't be returning here and do not recommend this location unless they do better on the cleanliness.

For some reason they felt it appropriate to leave soaking wet towels in my bathroom as “clean” towels. When I questioned the guy at the desk because they were still there in the evening he was like “IDK is room service just not going to your room?” IDK you’re the freaking front desk. And also, why does your staff leave me soaking wet towels to bathe with? Very weird. Won’t be back

Hope the standards of this place becomes better, especially for a Marriott hotel. Pool was closed for renovations. Breakfast choice was mediocre and they ran out of utensils. I had to kill a brown branded cockroach in my room. I request my room for cleaning each night, they only made my bed. They left my trash in the room and didn’t replace my towels. The tv wouldn’t allow me to watch any of my streaming services like Netflix, YouTube, or my Amazon Prime. You can tell whoever they hired to remodel this hotel was very cheap and half done. My family’s room had loose wires and the sprinkler in their room wasn’t properly covered.
