I came down to the area to visit a friend, and I have to say, this hotel is a true gem in a small town! The lobby is magnificent and the Western theme carries through the entire hotel, including the guest rooms! It may not be everybody's cup of tea, but this is what gives the hotel its charm! I stayed in a king suite and my room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. I didn't hear any hallway noise or neighbors. The complimentary morning breakfast was ample and provided lots of options. The swimming pool (although small) and hot tub are so unique and in a really picturesque setting. Finally, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. I wish i could have stayed longer, but I will definitely be back!
Driving from Wichita Falls, TX from San Antonio, Tx. Great halfway place to spend a very relaxing, wonderfully clean, lodge. Front desk people are the best as are the ladies in the dining area for breakfast. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Steakhouse is very good, be sure and check if they are open if you visit during the week. Highly recommend this lodge for a wonderful stay.
This place was awesome had a good time and the rooms were super nice and clean the staff was real nice and helpful.plus they had a pretty good breakfast.
I left something in the room and called the hotel front desk to ask if someone could check. She asked that I call back, and I did. She stated, "He looked twice," which had to have been a non-truth. I drove back to the hotel, nearly missing my flight in Killeen, as my item was exactly where I said it was. In the bathroom on the counter to the right of the sink. I was so disgusted that I was told they looked, and it was clear they didn't. What was worse is they doubled down on saying they didn't see it when it was the only item on the counter to the right of the sink exactly where I stated it was. Had they honestly looked when I called earlier, I could have immediately come back to get it and not have been stressed trying to drive back to Killeen at the time I did because of dishonest information.
I made a reservation at the Inn at Circle T in Hamilton, TX to attend a local training event. The property is just outside the city limits, and has a beautiful western statue in the drive as you pull in. The hotel only has about 57 rooms, so the staff take pride in seeing each guest is comfortable. |The rooms are comfortable and the decor is western, perfect for this part of the state. The owners also have two riding arenas next to the property, and host many high school rodeo events, barrel racing competitions and team roping events. They also have a steak house next door, which has choice steaks, cut on site. ||The morning breakfast was tasty and fresh, enjoyed having this before leaving for my day of training. ||This is not your high end resort in a big city, but it’s definitely a comfortable, place with a relaxing atmosphere.
Big rooms, but felt cozy. Solid breakfast. Super friendly staff. Clean all around.
In the middle of nowhere, however, that's not a bad thing for this place. Follows the rodeo circuit and has the best steakhouse right on the premises. When we go through Hamilton Texas we always stay at least one night after visiting family.
We stayed here for 4 nights last month and it was absolutely wonderful. The employees and the people we met were friendly and helpful. The food at the steakhouse was awesome! We are from Hawaii, and this was our first time to Hamilton, we will definitely come back!
