My wife and I requested a ground level room for accessibility (they charge $20 extra for it), and it was disappointing at best. Upon first entry, there was a very strong fake vanilla fragrance that makes your head hurt after a while. The beds didn’t look like they were cleaned well. One bed had mysterious stains, and the other pubic hair in it. The bathtub was incredibly tiny, but the shower head basically touched the ceiling. This bizarre combo made us have to stand at the far end of the tub, and most of the water splashed onto the floor as a result. The bathroom fan was also broken, so the room got very humid very fast. The windows also looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Lastly, the Air Conditioner puffed out a thick cloud of dust when we first turned it on.
The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was nice, but probably the worst sleep I’ve had in a long time.
Had the room been a little nicer, I would have been happy to pay the extra $20, but it just wasn’t.
Honestly, we didn't stay here. I was having issues with a third party Hotel app. I assumed the app correctly reserved a room for us. Upon arriving I found it booked for the following night and this night was sold out. | The purpose of my review is because I can find no other way to thank the woman at the front desk. I didn't get her name, but it was the evening of Tuesday, June 11th, 2024. She was the most helpful hotel employee I have ever encountered! She could have easily sent us away, but she took the initiative and started calling competition motels in the area, asking if they had a room for us. Thank you front desk person, you were awesome!| Grounds and lobby were clean.
I booked through a third-party so I can't get my money back. The curtains are broken, feces on comforter, a broken toilet seat, long black hair in the shower on the curtain the water hardly turns on the hot and cold is backwards. They have a little teeny fridge and this is my second room. The first room was just as bad. I don't think they've clean the bathtub in this one ever there's a big ring around it, about 30 nights and I will never stay in an America again. I would leave today if I didn't already spent my money on the hotel.
First of all, the woman working the desk acted like she was doing me a favor checking us in. Then the hallway to our room reeked of pot. The room itself was ok. The chair to the desk should have gone to the dump a while ago. The walls in the bathroom needed some attention. The breakfast had a very limited selection and no one was refilling any of the empty containers. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Overall I wouldn't waste my money on this one.
😂 if you need a cheap place to stay with no expectations, then book here. It was what I expected. They have signs everywhere that say non-smoking or no smoking here or there…however the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. Stained hallway carpet. Everything in the room was either old, stained, or used from the surfaces, appliances, to the decor and some towels. Bed was comfortable, no bugs! sheets and pillow cases were slightly stained with dark marks. Shower and sink worked fine. Everything was clean except for the refrigerator, which still had dried spills inside. AC worked but there was a weird smell blowing out with the air that made the room stink so I had to run it with the window open. Eventually I turned it off and just kept the window open, but that’s when I realized my window had no screen in a first floor room. Smh. I let them know at the front desk and someone put one on later that day. Breakfast is almost nonexistent. The only item available is the waffle maker and maybe cereal and coffee. Breakfast of champions 🤣
They are pet friendly for $30 per night. One thing I loved is that they had coin laundry but also accepted debit/credit card payments. Very rare so I appreciated that. The WiFi was pretty good. Overall, my stay wasn’t horrible but the last 2 nights were because they were on the weekend. The bar across the parking lot is really loud with music and karaoke until around 2 am and then drunk patrons hover outside for an additional hour after near the hotel. It was annoying. 😒
Pretty run down place. Reeked of marijuana in the halls. Service would be a two as well, but the maintenance guy replaced the broken fridge with a brand new, out of the box one. Hope you're not afraid of dogs. Two large and friendly pit bulls roam the halls. The room keys suggest to double check if someone knocks on your door and... ensure you use the dead bolt! My dead bolt struggled to lock completely. Stay at your own risk.
Just a one night stay with our pups. The room stinks like urine and burnt toast and the shower/tub is dirty. The pictures do not show the actual. No idea where the green grass is and the cigarette butts everywhere are disgraceful. Guy smoking weed in the pool area, dirty hallways with towels from guest, people up and down halls with dogs off leash… aggressive dog rushed my springer on leash. I so not recommend this place.
Do your self a favor and find a different place to stay. I have nothing good to say about this hotel. Dirty, smells like cigarette smoke, breakfast is non existent, no room service, clogged shower drain and the list goes on. Good location that’s about it
Very nice, clean hotel in a great location, close to restaurants. The front desk clerk is super friendly and dogs are allowed. We will stay here again whenever we are in town!
Surprisingly cool hotel. The pool looked super clean (we stayed too short of a time to get in), rooms were clean (actually clean, no crumbs under mattresses), and the rooms were large with a modern design. The bathrooms have some cool lightning, too.
