Inland Suites - Lodging in Memphis - 1218 Winchester Rd, USA

I like it just need a little work but it's a place u can call home the suites are big and I keep it clean. I stay to myself so I don't know anything about the other guests.

With the cost of living being so high now. You would be fortunate to even get a place there.

The location on Winchester need to be closed down and sprayed for bugs and cleaned. It's infested with roaches. Everyone I talked to complained about the roach infestation. Staff leaves at six but the website says staff is available 24/7. I tried for hours to contact someone about my issues and no response. I had to take all my luggage back to the car. The walls were filthy as well.

Very nice space for the money. I really enjoy having a full size refrigerator and freezer. The bathroom is also big. The TV is a little bit small but all things considered it is very decent. The studio was more than spacious. I would advise asking for a room and one of the top floors. I was on the bottom floor and it sounded like whoever was above me was playing full-court basketball upstairs for hours. I definitely would not suggest staying here if you're looking for peace and quiet. Sometimes it's better to pay more and be surrounded by better clientele. They also rent out rooms by the week or month which means you get a lot of unsavory people staying there and they are loud.

Dirty carpet crumbs all over, dirty counters. This room has a kitchen but no dishes pot and pans or silverware. Ask for some told they dont have any. Offered clean towels on the fourth day of stay. Trash never taken out and bedding was just filthy. We removed it. Bed spreads were taken to maid for cleaning. No desk staff available most the time and behind a cage and could not hear us. Donot stay here it felt unsafe and the beds have no box spring and were horrid. I would have asked for a refund but reviews hinted these were impossible to get back. I work as a maid so I know what the minimum service should have been and if I were the boss here I would be firing the staff.

I strongly do not recommend this place. it smelt like a big BONG!!!||We planned on staying 4 nights and since the room had a cook top and microwave we packed food to cook but there were no pots,pans or utensils. Also we were woken up several times through the night by the extended stay kids or adults running up and down the halls and also loud car stereos.Not once did we get a turn down service of the room.We should have known better when we noticed there was no attendant and the security gate around the place. We even left a day early!!!

Where to start? The room was a good size, but the bed was dreadful. Everything was pretty run down. No housekeeping, so no cleaning and no towels, had to go get them ourselves. It's pretty obvious they are not used to tourists (or guests for a few days). It looks like the people live there permanently. They all have their doors open and are shouting to each other from one room to the other. This does not qualify as a hotel. It might be close to Graceland (within walking distance), but we will definitely not be staying there again.
