Very attentive while in the MRI MACHINE! Back and leg was in excruciating pain. So, they made sure my back was very comfortable with a pillow. I was helped off the table very gently, as I was a little dizzy from being in machine. Friendly Service.

The center was clean and orderly. The X-ray tech was very nice. I was a walk in and didn’t have to wait very long. But the best part was the Black girl at the font desk was very helpful and she made the whole experience 5 star.

It was fine except, 1- I was there before my appointment time, but I had to ask them after 45 minutes. Why am I not going in for them to take me in. 2- I was freezing while doing the CT SCAN After the exam I told the technician and she told me because I was wearing a dress, she didn’t think I mind the cool air.!!!

WARNING if you have a appointment here already, pick up the phone right now and call to reschedule somewhere else. AVOID at all possible. I just flew from out of the country for my appointment at 7am, was told to be an hour early, yes 6am, and they had no technician available. No one opened the door until 7am. Appointment was even confirmed a day before. Terrible service.

They were Great!!!! I was a little late but they saw me within twenty minutes and the doctor was showing the tech how to do this and that great attitudes! Great place IMO!

I myself had a very positive experience, from the front desk greetings and help... throughout my exam by the medical staff. My wait time to be seen didn't seem to be that long. I had a good experience by a professional staff i would say about my first ever visit to that facility.

My MRI was on a Sunday night at 9pm so it was not busy at all. The receptionist was pleasant and my technician made me extremely comfortable. This was my first time coming to Inglewood Advanced Imaging but any future appointments, I will definitely schedule for here.

My appointment was at 12:15pm but since I was not sure at the time I was expected to arrive I was there 2 hours early and was able to check in and was seen and out before my actual appointment time. Kudos to all the staff there.
