Came in with a reservation with Apple Care on my iPhone because I had a lightning port issue. The gentleman at the front desk plugged in the cable and said it’s working fine and suggested I buy an original cable. I asked him to diagnose the port and he said there would be a diagnostic charge. So I left and decided to walk into an Apple store, where they immediately found the issue—the lightning port was full of pocket lint, and the representative cleaned the port for me. She also ran a FREE diagnostic and noticed my battery needed replacement, which she covered as well. Based on this experience, I’ll definitely avoid these “Authorized Service Providers.”

Let me say that ITC came highly recommended by a friend, and they did not disappoint. I brought my iMac in for repair. It ultimately needed internal drives replaced. But the team did an evaluation, communicated to me what was happening every step of the way, Mike made the repair and let me know when done. It took a couple of days but issue resolved and reasonably priced. Great team, I love that it's local and as good if not better than any Apple Store. Thanks ITC team for wonderful service!

I have had several opportunities to interact with ITC...all of them EXTREMELY positive! I have purchased 2 MAC desktops and 2 iPads there, over several years. They transferred all of the contents from my previous machines/devices onto the new ones for me, ...so GREAT! They are WONDERFUL at communicating, by phone and email, and and have made my "less than tech-saavy" experiences so easy, punctual, and pleasant! I have found them SO MUCH more user friendly and "personal" than working with a retail store. A+ for the staff there, each and every time!

Stellar, professional service. Been having bad luck with some Apple store Genius Bars so I did my research this time and found ITC when my daughters iPhone lost both Wifi and Bluetooth connectivity. They wasted no time looking up the phones warranty status. (I had been to a Best Buy the day before and they ran a diagnostic, but never offered to check the warranty status). Then they talked us through preparing the phone (there are new security features requiring a one hour delay) and took care of the diagnoses, and shipment to Apple for repair, at Apple's request. Highly recommended.

The service was excellent. The back of my iPhone was cracked and I was told it would take 2 hours to get it fixed and they did it in 1 hour!!! Big thanks
