LoVe the folks at Infinity Wellness! The 1:1 personal training is exactly what I needed; I’m feeling stronger every day. Trainers are knowledgeable, patient, experienced, compassionate, supportive, personable, and professional! I’m enjoying getting healthy, the Infinity crew makes it fun! Definitely NOT your average gym! Highly recommend giving them a try!

I love this place! My trainer, Jonathan, is so very encouraging and makes working out almost fun. Okay, it really is fun. The best part, however, is the cold eucalyptus towel and stretching at the end of the workout. The trainers I’ve met are professional and welcoming. They greet you by name when you walk into the studio. Give Cam a call. You won’t regret it.

I've been heavier set nearly all my life. After reaching my highest weight ever about a year ago I sought out an endocrinology specialist. He helped me, but I also realize importance of incorporating a commitment to making healthier choices (which includes being more active/performing some type of exercise) on a consistent basis. Like most others my usual day consists of tons of other responsibilities that DO NOT FOCUS on self care. I am trying to change this narrative slowly but surely. I needed the accountability that Infinity Wellness offers. But beyond accountability every team members' goals include motivating you at each session. I don't feel judged at all. This is important to me because for me my size is directly linked to my self esteem. Part of reaching out to Infinity Wellness required me to overcome my self consciousness. After my initial powwow with Cam I was surprised for him to tell me my own story was very similar to other participants! So I decided to start going to Infinity twice weekly. Fast forward about 2 months later: I have toned up and can fit in smaller pants size. The days I go to my sessions I feel better about myself, sleep better, do not experience as much head hunger. The team at Infinity Wellness is about building a relationship with its participants and helping each person accomplish his/her own specific goals. I want to invest in my long term health goals and need IW's influence in my life.

This is an amazing place with lovely trainers. Everybody is super professional and friendly. They help you achieve your fitness goals. I trained with them for 12 weeks and I believe they helped me get back on track with my training programs after almost 2 years of not being active.

The BEST place to train!! I am so happy my husband talked me into going to Infinity Wellness. My trainer Red is challenging and fun to work with. He pays attention to what I want to accomplish and always has goals set for me and helps me achieve them. The gym to neat and clean and the staff is so friendly. From the time you walk in to the time you leave it is a GREAT experience. I can not recommend them enough!!!!

I started with Infinity Wellness in March 2023 and haven’t looked back. From my first conversation with Cam, to touring the studio, to being matched with the trainer that was perfect for me, my expectations have not only been met but far exceeded. There is something special about the entire staff caring enough to learn each client by name. My trainer, Red, took the time to ask about my specific goals and then developed a comprehensive plan that addresses all of my objectives. Workouts are always challenging but fun, and it has been gratifying to see steady progress in a relatively short period of time. Red is not only extremely knowledgeable about exercise and fitness but also passionate about helping others achieve their goals. He pushes me to work hard while always providing support and encouragement along the way. His energy and enthusiasm are contagious, and he is a phenomenal motivator. Red sees the potential in his clients even when they struggle to see it in themselves. I also appreciate his adaptability in coming up with alternative but equally effective exercise options when I want to do something different from what he originally had planned. I cannot speak highly enough about the folks at Infinity Wellness. They are a special group of people dedicated to improving the lives of everyone who walks through their door. Go see them…😊

I am 55 and not a gym person. This team was able to keep me going for two years now, every week, months after months, season after season. They are a group of trainers with university degrees in exercise science, physical education, physical therapy, and related disciplines. They know what they are doing. Going to a very clean and controlled environment right after Covid was important to me. This is by their choice a non-overcrowded gym, meaning that their large clientele is spread up across different time slots and private rooms. They offer small group classes and one-on-one sessions with private trainers. They are very flexible and work around your work/school schedule. The gym is sparkly clean, well lit, bathrooms smell like heaven. Their showers are cleaner than mine. The team is young, incredibly enthusiastic, with great attitude. Sometimes you meet them at the end of a long workday, sometime after a bad day, and they lift you up with their positive vibes and make you feel that you can conquer the world. And this is why I will keep going to Infinity Wellness.

I have seen so much improvement in my overall strength and endurance in only 20 sessions. My family and I love the atmosphere, trainers and accommodations that they provide!! As a 51 year old female, I was quite excited but scared to get started with a personal trainer. I have never worked out with weights, only cardio in the past. I recognized that I was having trouble with every day tasks and just felt generally weak and needed help. I am so thankful that I found this place. I wish I had started sooner!!!
