My name is Joe M and I operate a small business providing consulting services to healthcare organizations. As you can imagine the regulations regarding being a consultant for healthcare organization are very strict and not being an IT expert I didn’t know how to even begin to go about meeting these requirements so we turned to Infinity Technologies who not only built us a network that is extremely efficient it was cost-effective. To that point one thing I admired most was they work to find solutions within my budget that did not cut corners which told me they are well-versed in the industry and the solutions that are available to small businesses or any business for that matter . We also subscribed to their help desk services which have been instrumental in Away keeping our operations flowing at maximum capacity. The team at Infinity Technologies is second to none and I am not one to flatter anyone however, it would be an injustice if I did not take this time to make this post. The team is dedicated, robust committed, professional, courteous, well mannered, and highly skilled. I never have to wait to get a help desk professional on the phone and when I do what I appreciate is their security regarding my account and my employees is second to none. Working with Infinity Technologies is absolutely amazing! They are always friendly, professional and helpful! They treat you with respect and if you don't know their technical language, they will take the time to explain it to you. When I call for assistance, they are usually able to help me immediately. I have worked with other IT companies and I rarely got help on the first phone call. I would have to send an email to create a ticket and wait for someone to call me back, not with Infinity Technologies, they help me one the first phone call.
