Infinity's Mr. Delmonte was able to get all of my confusion cleared up and put be back to work again. What he did and said was a lot more technical than my words indicate which is why I am so very grateful for his help!

Quick response. Listened to my needs. Offered alternative solution when our first route was not working properly. Great experience. Problem solved in minutes

Sometimes its hit or miss with this company. They have a really great tech named Finesse who have helped me tremendously when his other counter partners could not or simply neglected my issues.

Alex is just amazing. He always goes above and beyond! He was so pleasant on a Saturday! He even called me back after he had fixed my issue because he had researched the problem more after we hung up. All on a Saturday! He is definitely worth his weight in gold!

You disappointed us! Service was guaranteed to be up and running yesterday/ Friday Nov.20, 2023. Did not happen! We called throughout the evening into the night and here it's Saturday and you have not contacted us. If the situation is not resolved today, I am expecting my account to be discounted.

Y'all have not only very intelligent people, who are able to fix what we believe to be "major" issues and make them seem so minor; but..., your people are so funny and like.. normal! I mean it's like talking to humans! To humans I'd hang out with! We all know IT people are androids!! How are you guys pulling this alien technology off?! lol... I always enjoy when I get Tom. Alex was very thorough and attentive. Though my problem likely had to do with a recent update that occurred while I was out of the office, he still looked into all possible causes to get me back online and operating. Alex was polite and courteous, and made me feel as if my problem was a priority for him. I have encountered IT "support" with other companies before who were dismissive, sarcastic, and unhelpful, especially regarding issues they deemed as non-emergencies. Not being able to access the server means I can't get my job done, and, to me and my employer, that IS an emergency. Providing great support when there a major problem is important, but providing great support, even for minor issues, shows the true culture of a company. January 2020: Alex, Tyler, and Sean went right to work on the issue I was having. I felt that they treated my problem as a high priority. The followed up with me frequently and kept me informed of the situation and their plans for troubleshooting. Sean worked around my very busy schedule and worked on my computer when it was convenient so I had very little downtime. The best IT experience ever!
