Very clean, easy to find, good parking. Recently renovated and looks good. But missing basic amenities like a towel rack, lamp, closet, hanger, luggage rack, and hair dryer. The shampoo was like a ketchup packet that was hard to open. The outlets were impractically located if you like to use your cell phone as a bedside alarm clock. But putting the details aside, the hotel is clean and felt safe.
Don’t go here. It’s not safe. I left my room for a couple of hours, came back And someone went in my room and stole one of my bags. I told the front office and all they did was ask if I left my door open. Didn’t even bother to give me another key. Tweekers up all night here. Bring a gun of you do stay here.
Back in 2016-2017 I stayed here plenty of times. I hadn’t been here since than. I was out here this weekend and needed a place to stay and thought of Industry Inn. It is even better than before! The place has been remodeled. Everything looks up to date and CLEAN. When I opened the door to my room it smelled like freshly cleaned. I stayed in a standard king bed room. The bed was HUGE! The pillows were comfy. There was a small table with two chairs. And the area is extremely quite. I would HIGHLY recommend this place.
I was given an old room. I asked for another due to i know what the nicer rooms look like. The room given was dirty. The lady manager explained yes we will have it clean. Good customer service verbally. Poor in ask of change for a room, a guest ask you do it it. Dont have them wait. Overhearing when another guest comes in they got a room manager explained there was none. Disappointed........... This is coming from me who work at a high end hotel before
Stayed here for 2 nights as we were heading to Arizona, this was nearby Frank and Sons Collectible show, so figured, why not. Some reviews were good and some were iffy, when we checked in the clerk was not very talkative and it looked we interrupted him or something, was able to get our rooms. ||||Walked in the room and it was nothing like the pictures. I mean, there were 2 queen beds, but the room looked like they were still fixing it up. There were no amenities, like no Microwave, no tissue, no pen or pad to write anything down. The bathroom was really small and the towels were downright just sandpaper. Smelled clean but there were stains that couldn't be removed I guess, that just went onto the floor, luckily there was another towel. ||||Room was not very quiet either, can here people talking outside in the parking lot and sounded like the train tracks were on the other side of the wall. The air conditioner worked and it worked pretty well. TV was nice as well. The WiFi was horrible, just took forever to make a connection just to look up places to eat.
$140 for a hotel room that doesn’t even provide basic necessities….. there’s no clock to tell what time is it . There’s no shampoo and conditioner for hygiene purposes. Room had a weird smell. Why charge so much when you provide less than the minimum.
At check in we met a very nice and kind man. Check in was fast and smooth (expedia).||PRO: Average cleanliness, Good and easy parking, fridge, AC and TV.||CON: location is not so so, the surrounding looks a bit scary, and you are far (40-1h drive) from most attractions. ||The room had a very strong smell of cleaning – which is good, I think. The smell went away after we turned the AC on for a few min.||We stayed for 2 nights, and it was surprisingly nice. ||Since this is much cheaper than other LA hotels, and was nice, I would recommend using it.
I found myself working late in City of Industry and my budget is tight. I went and found an excellent rate at Industry Inn & Suites on the internet. I booked a non-smoking room with a King sized bed. I saw that the reviews kept commenting on how clean the rooms were. For me, that's really the most important thing when I stay at a hotel. I became very skeptical when I checked in. The area didn't feel very safe, and the hotel is next to train tracks (yes, the train comes through at night). I walked into the lobby to find 2" of glass between me and the woman working behind it. That was the first sign that maybe I made a mistake staying here. I checked in, got my card key and went to my room.||||IF YOU ARE A WOMAN TRAVELING ALONE, DO NOT STAY HERE. ||||The reviews were right. The room was very clean, as was the bed. In fact, it was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. I had a great nights sleep.||||That being said, prepare yourself for a no frills experience. And when I say "no frills," I mean NO frills.||||- There was nothing in the room to hang my clothes. Nothing. No rod, no hook - nothing. I hung my shirts up on the drapery rod.||- 1 ply toilet paper||- Very old, stained, furniture, cabinet doors that would not stay closed and drawers missing handles to open them.||- NO telephone in the room (program the hotel number in your phone if you need something or dial 911 if you have an emergency). I've never seen that before. No. Phone.||- NO peep hole in the door. You have to open the drapes to see who is outside your door ||- NO tissue paper||- NO hair dryer (you have to ask at the desk for one)||- They give you a small bar of soap and a packet of shampoo. Luckily I brought my own.||||The carpet was clean, but needs replacing. The bathroom had been newly renovated as had the room, but the furniture had not. There are no bed side lamps, so you're stuck with overhead lighting. There are no outlets near the bed, so I couldn't charge my phone on the night stand. And, there is no lighting near the bathroom sink. Shaving was interesting without adaquate lighting. ||||Parking was ample, but I did say a prayer to baby Jesus that it wouldn't get broken into. Leave NOTHING in your car.||||The good:||- Free internet was great||- Family running the hotel were very nice and helpful.||- The water pressure in the shower was great and the water was nice and hot.||- Huge flat screen TV mounted on the wall with hundreds of channels.||- Great air conditioning. Very quiet and worked beautifully.||||That being said, I didn't see any riff-raff hanging about. I do believe the family that owns the hotel is doing their utmost best to provide a safe and comfortable experience. They just haven't gotten there yet. ||||Even though I walked away unscathed and well rested, I will never go back.||||I checked out of the hotel very, very early in the morning the next day because of work. I had to slide my card key under the glass when I left. There were a pair of black high heels just sitting on the counter wondering why the owner had left them there. Pictures attached.
I like coming here early in the morning before work for donuts or their ham & cheese croissants. VERY good donuts with prefect texture and flavor, always fresh too. The ham and cheese croissants are great, especially the one with jalapenos. The servi
