Industrious Evanston is a fantastic co-working space! It fosters a wonderful and engaging community, perfect for anyone looking to connect and collaborate. They also offer private workspaces for those times you need to focus and tune out distractions. And even within the communal areas, there are plenty of nooks and crannies to find some quiet time when needed. The location itself is unbeatable – you can't beat the views of downtown Chicago!
But what truly elevates the experience is Marina Magnelli, the Community Manager. She does an amazing job orchestrating a space that's both productive and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
The office has great design. Extremely spacious and flexible. I can't believe that a space like this freely allows to scale up and down people in the office at no cost for a short period of time. I am impressed by the hospitality by the community manager. The fridge and breakfast bar are always fully stocked.
My workplace, North Shore Senior Center, held our Marketing and Development retreat here earlier this week and it was wonderful! The bright and beautiful location had everything from breakfast and coffee to friendly co-working spaces and meeting rooms. A great resource for teams looking for a short retreat or for long term use of space! We loved it!
Industrious Evanston is an absolutely beautiful space! The interior design mixes a minimalist, streamlined approach with a chic, upscale vibe making it the perfect space for major productivity flow. Also, the entire space is full of natural light, which is so important (and rare!) for office workers! The amenities are also amazing and include high quality delicious breakfasts everyday during the week!
On top of that, the team at Industrious Evanston is fabulous and a true pleasure to work with! Elisabeth is always quick to respond and goes out of her way to make sure you as a customer or partner are happy.
As a whole this company is one of the leaders in the co-working space concept and I cannot recommend it enough!
I couldn't be happier at Industrious Evanston! Every day, Donna is leading the charge for the community, with great energy and an encouraging smile. Not to mention...always putting out amazing food and drinks! Yesterday, a surprise seasonal "pumpkin-fest" of some kind, with punch, pumpkin pie, sandwich cookies, and all kinds of other goodies. Today, another surprise, a "welcome lunch" for a new addition to the Industrious team. The space is truly gorgeous, with tons of phone booths, private rooms, couches, all of it. I can honestly say (after *cough* 20+ years in the workforce) that for the first time, I am genuinely excited to come to the office. Love, love, love Industrious Evanston. What they've got going on here is a masterclass in superior customer service.
Industrious Evanston is fantastic. They were kind enough to donate some of the space to our Relay retreat. The workspaces are beautiful and comfortable. In need of a small one person workspace or a room for meetings for multiple people, Industrious can help you. On day of our event they were still able to set up our rooms and projector, even with a open house going on. Then to go the extra mile Katrina set us up with a bagel vendor to donate food for lunch at the retreat. Overall, great service, beautiful offices, and Katrina is the best! Would definitely come back!!!!
I have just spent three very productive days in the new Industrious Evanston co-working space. The well designed facility provides everything you need including electrical outlets everywhere, private phone rooms for cell phone calls, coffee and free printing. There is a good incentive to start work early because of the great free breakfasts. You can move between very quiet spaces and a cafe environment depending on what makes you the most productive at the moment. Katrina provided an excellent orientation and tour.
I've been a resident here for 2 months now and have only positive things to say about the space and the team that run it. I rent a permanent desk in one the "shared offices" and have found that the company of my office mates only makes the place better.
The fit and finish of the space is fantastic. The interior walls are all windows so there is always a flood of natural light no matter where you're stationed. The quality of furniture, decor, appliances - everything - is top notch. It is definitely a "professional" environment, it doesn't feel like a frat house, a club house, or an over-glorified coffee shop. This is a place to come and get work done.
The team spend considerable time and attention making sure everyone is comfortable, connected, and well-fed (the catered breakfasts make more of a difference then you might think). They also work hard to come up with events that we would find interesting or relevant to our work and personal lives - "Lunch and Learn" events, community talks, weekly happy hours, even family-friendly activities. The team that runs this space, make this space what it is.
You _have_ to check out Industrious to see for yourself. I guarantee you'll be impressed. Whether you're solo or a large team, they have the space to accommodate - but probably won't for long!
