After having North Georgia come out Action Air and Reliable heat and air also getting quotes from two smaller contractors I am glad that we found indoor air solutions we had an aged mis matched unit in our house when we bought it and we were pretty sure it was on its last leg so instead of waiting for it to go out we went ahead and replaced it they gave us the best price and also repaired some duct work in our garage the unit works fantastic and looks great the installers were super clean and friendly people we they were as quite as could be while installing the unit and performing the work they were all extremely professional and we would not think of using anyone else for any of our future ac needs ! We love our new unit and our more than pleased with the install please give them a call before you settle for anyone else !

We ordered their service for our new property. Unfortunately, the technicians from this company were not being trained professionally. It only run for a few days then stopped working due to the unit frozen. Called to repair, a guy came to defrost the unit and left. The AC good for 2 days then frozen again. We cannot accommodate guests without AC at outdoor 90 degrees above. So called another company to repair the New installation by indoor AC solutions. The other company fixed the problem. The AC never caused problem since then. I contacted indoor air solution for reimbursement of the cost of repair, the boss was never reachable.

The owner Tommy Ivestor is not an honest character. His company installed 3 HVAC units in our new farmhouse and we paid him 36,336.00 in 2017. He never filled out warranty papers and during this severe heat several weeks ago one of the units completely went out. We had to get another company come and put in a new unit and the cost is 4,322.00 for the new unit. The owner will not return any phone calls and we went buy his business on McFarland ave and no one is ever there.l BUYER BEWARE If he has done any work for you, it would be to your advantage to see if any warranty papers were filled out

I have been looking for an affordable, yet great quality company to service my air conditioning unit at my rental property. Living in Florida, I have found it hard to deal with some companies with doing transactions over the phone and setting up an appointment. Not only did Jeremy Bankston help me with that process, but he went out of his way to give me an affordable plan to continue servicing my unit throughout the year. Once he got to the location, his team noticed that I needed an easy fix that could prolong the life of my unit by another 5 years easily and made it easy for me to complete that transaction. I don't do reviews, but the amount of care and amazing customer service that I received from this company was too amazing to not share. I suggest everyone to use this business. If you want amazing work at an affordable cost and for a great staff who places your needs first, this is definitely the place to go. I'm glad I signed up to continue doing business with this company for years to come!

Had Jeff come out , assess and fix an issue we had with our laundry dryer. He re routed the dryer blower pipes and gave our dryer new life. Finished on the spot , same time as the bid. Great service. Great Price. I Highly recommend.

I live in Dunlap and they came out the next day. They were very efficient and friendly and did not try to over sell me anything I didn't need to get the unit in proper working order. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism of Indoor Air Solutions and will recommend them to anyone I know who is having heat/air trouble ! Thanks guys for getting my unit back in working order !

I had problems with my air conditioning on Friday night of a holiday weekend. I was super worried about getting anybody out. One phone call is all it took to get Indoor Air to come out on Saturday morning and have me up and running in less than 2 hours and at a very fair price. They literally saved my holiday! I cannot say enough good things about the company, and I really thank them for helping me so fast!
