Very nice and friendly staff. The price is excellent, we got parking right in front of the door, with gas stations and a supermarket close to us. Quite place where we could sleep great. The room comes with a TV (I had the chance to watch some world cup games) a big restroom, a fridge, and a microwave Rooms a bit small, but worth the price. Great price/quality ratio

The manager here is a awful person he has no respect for woman and is very rude. The rooms are small and the appliances don't work well at all. He over charges and if you try to complain about anything he threatens the guest that he will kick them out without a refund. I wouldn't stay at this place ever again.

This was my 1st stay at the Holiday. The room was great, very spacious. It included two queen bed,a flat screen TV, a refrigerator and the bathroom set up had a vanity area for us girls to get ready. It was perfect for Stagecoach weekend! The manager Dennis was awesome, he was very helpful answering all our questions about the area. Dennis even helped suggest/provide a ride to and from Stagecoach every night. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and stay again.

This week the weather was very warm in the 80s . The pool was very cold still and had fluff from the trees in it almost every day. when the pool was cleaned it looked great though. There was some umbrellas outside to keep the sun off a person when wanting to relax. However the manager took the umbrellas away and said they are not needed and put them in storage. I said now we have no shade, then he made the excuse that the poles are not safe to have them open. Poles were solid to me. Across the street is a truck stop and people are coming and going all the time along with ladies of the night and their clients. So not a great area for family to wander around. Only thing good was price was good however the room quality was very basic and the shower was dirty and a cleaning cloth was left in it when checked in as well. I would stay again if there was nothing else available compared to sleeping in the car, however if choices out there , look else where until they spend some money to upgrade and make the pool area more people friendly .

You can not judge this book (The Indio Holiday Motel) by its cover (its exterior appearance). When my wife and I drove up to the Indio Holiday Motel we sort of sighed and thought, "Oh no, what have we here?" We were locked into a no-cancellation-reservation.||||The manager was very no-nonsense, professional. I asked to see the room we were being assigned, looked at it, and was honestly very impressed with it. For one thing, we were able to park our vehicle directly in front-of-our-room. We had a microwave oven, a mini-refrigerator and a flat screen televison. Yes we had to pay 25-cents for a small bucket of ice and so what? The room rate was low. The front lobby had a nice selection of travel brochures and data.||||There is also a very nice appearing swimming pool. We do not swim so can't comment further but it is attractive.||||Is this the Taj Mahal? No it is not. It is a older property with its fair share of bumps and bruises. Our King Bed was very comforable. The WiFi was excellent. The room and the restroom were certainly clean if not brand new. The restroom had a lot of area to set things down on. Some motel room bathrooms have literally no space to even set a toothbrush down upon. We had a full supply of towels and wash cloths with a bath mat.||||Yes indeed we would certainly return. Yes indeed we recommend this motel.||||Two things were bothersome to us.||||1. NO outgoing phone calls were possible Yes we could / and we did, successfully get incoming phone calls. But we could NOT even make 1-800 toll free calls. Yes we have (limited usage) cell phones and chose to use them only for texting.||||2. The electrical outlet located at / near the table at which I used my computer was controlled by the overhead light switch at the entry door. So I had to have the overhead light on (lit) in order to have electrical power to my laptop. Late at night and early in the morning, so as not to bother my wife sleeping, I chose not to have the overhead light on and did not use my laptop. Yes, sure, I could have used its battery. Yes, sure, I could have gone out and bought an extension cord. I choose to do neither.||||I still rate this as a VERY GOOD property.

Check in was super easy, guy at desk was very nice. Upgraded me to a nonsmoking room at no additional cost. Room was clean and nice sized. Plenty of parking. Close to everything, especially to CV Vaqueros, where I have an event tmrw and where my horse is staying the night. Not familiar with area, so was a very pleasant surprise that it was so close. Haven't tried bed or shower yet, so might have to make adjustment to rating...but I'm hoping not to.

Stayed here in February 2020. I've stayed in plenty of budget motels so I know what I'm getting. The place was quiet as there was only about 10 people there. Maybe that says something.||||The heater was old and very loud. I didn't use the AC but I would think it would be very loud also. The microwave was dirty. The bathroom faucet came off when I tried to use it. I called the office and manager came over and said he fixed it. It came off again so I just didn't use the sink anymore. A positive was that the free wifi worked ok.||||There are other similar priced motels in Indio that are better.

The facade was misleading , it looks decent but once you get inside it is a train wreck. The walls were plastered over and not painted over. The door had a big crack under it which let in cold air. The heater didn't right and the vents were broken . The water pressure in the shower was non existent. We believe in low flow but not that low. We had to get up early to take a shower .The curtains and floor were dirty. The sink had a big crack in it also . We brought up these issues to the lady working there. She didn't take any responsibly for it because she didn't rent it. That's the trouble with the country now . No one owns it. Yet there isn't any smoking in the rooms. It wasn't any Holiday for us , it was a nightmare. At least at Bates hotel , the shower had pressure. One of the lamps was broken , no switch.
