Me and my wife lived at Indigo Isles for about 19 months, and our experience overall was great. The location is nice, and I felt relatively safe even during nightly walks to the gym. The unit was clean when we moved in, the office was responsive and kind and maintenance was quick and helpful when needed. Lots of space, and the amenities are nice. They have frequent events offering things like free food or gifts at the office, food trucks, etc. They do their best to keep the place clean and safe, and they send out frequent email communication as well as a monthly flier. The units also came with appliances, including an over-the-range microwave, dishwasher, and in-unit washer/dryer. However, it's an apartment, and obviously not without drawbacks. We did live in the income restricted section, and some of our neighbors in building 9 were very noisy at all hours, and the building constantly smelled of weed. Also, we had our bike stolen despite being locked up in a bike rack outside the building, though that's not untypical for Jacksonville. The neighbors that we did meet, however, were friendly. Another important note is that a train runs directly behind building 9, and though it can be quite noisy, we found the rumbling comforting at night and actually enjoyed it. The office was fair with our security deposit, returning most of it despite us admittedly leaving small carpet damage (though we left everything else spotless when we moved). Overall, for young people looking for comfortable living in a good location and with fair management, Indigo Isles is a great option especially when compared to the competition. I'll miss the view from that living room window and quick access to Baymeadows, Phillips highway and San Jose!

Just moved to Indigo Isles & I’ve been nothing but happy since ! From the staff to maintenance & the community , it is truly welcoming and everyone is very attentive! I love it here ! Big shout out to my representative Jada who helped making this new change possible for me! She was great w/ her assistance and stayed on top of everything! I’m really looking forward to continuing living here! Even the schools are on point ! Choose indigo isles, you won’t regret it 🩷

Indigo isles have exceeded all of my expectations when it comes to housing. Upon moving it it was so clean! Never moved into a place that was spotless like mine was when we moved in. I love everything about it so far! The location is great, the neighborhood is very quiet and kid friendly. My mom and stepdad were very impressed with the upkeep and customer service. And a special thanks to Kiana and Jada for helping me with everything. You guys are awesome!

DO NOT RENT HERE!! I was moving from Pennsylvania to Jacksonville Florida. The management showed me a great apartment but come to find out shortly after I received my keys it was not the same apartment building I was originally shown. I signed the lease not knowing that this place had a cockroach problem. The manager Emilia and her team never mentioned they had any pest issues whatsoever. I receive my keys on July 15th 2022. No one bothered to even go to the apartment with me they just handed me the keys. Shortly after I received the keys and started cleaning and I started seeing cockroaches in the sink and on the kitchen counters. Long story short, they refuse to fix the issue and to return my money as well as to allow me to break my lease! Monthly rent for my 3 bedroom was $1900 plus utilities! They wanted me to pay an extra $8000 for me to break the lease for an apartment that I refuse to live in due to cockroach infestation. The upstairs neighbor Nicole had explained they spray twice a week and she still has them in her apartment! Clearly if they are spraying this much there is an issue!!

I have been a resident at Indigo Isles since 2017, and I just signed another 12 months lease renewal. The entire staff is amazing. Amelia, the office manager is always so sweet and helpful. She knows her job very well and goes above and beyond. There is always some sort of event going on including food in the office, little events for holidays and things like that. Also, I have to mention the maintenance team. Bruce is the manager, and he is the best. Recently, a man named Chris joined the team, and he is the sweetest, most hardworking guy ever! My service requests are always worked within 48 hours (usually 24 hours though) I love . Indigo Isles!

Great experience from beginning off leasing process to the end. Everyone was professional, warm and friendly, thorough, respectful.

Everyone was sooo welcoming and friendly! Kiana made the application process such a smooth transition and worked with me every step of the way.They go above and beyond and even gave me a little welcome home gift basket. I love this place already 😁

It was a very warm day and our air conditioner started blowing hot air. It was already 6:00 PM and the apartment had reached 102 degrees. We called Emergency maintenance for Indigo Isles. Bruce picked up our call and was here 45 minutes after we made the request. We were wondering how we would sleep in this sauna. Bruce took care to fix our air conditioning issue speedily and efficiently. Bruce we commend you on a job well done. Thank you!
