I go on Sunday mornings now usually with a couple of friends. The atmosphere is always good. I'm trying the AMC A-List for now, which is 19.95 a month and you get 3 movie tickets monthly and free size upgrades on anything at the concession stand. Was never much of a movie person before but figured I'd give it a try! Theater is always clean and service is friendly.
Kohls is great! The guy guarding the door is very kind and does a outstanding job looking for the criminals every store needs that in today's 🌎
I enjoy the different stores that we have available at this location. Best Buy was good at getting the mouse that I needed for my computer. All I had to do was pull up and tell him I was there.
We went to dinner at the Smokehouse BBQ and everything was excellent. Then we took in "A Christmas Story" at the AMC theaters. Independence Commons is truly a one-stop destination experience.
Customer service isn’t great, tried to find merchandise that showed was available in store and employees said if it’s not on the shelf we don’t have it. But I ordered and was able to wait and pick it up within the hour. Their new-ish procedure of come to the front to ask for assistance in an area does not work. But the store is clean and organized, just can’t guarantee what their website is available in store will be on the shelf to purchase right away.
It seems very scary there I went to pick up an item I had ordered from a store that has an outside entrance and is not connected to the mall from inside that store. But as I drove up there were quite a lot of teenagers in groups going in the mall, milling around the doorways of the mall. When I returned to my car, there were just as many coming and leaving the mall. Most were wearing black hoodies so everyone looked the same. I won't go back. I can visit the same store I like in another part of town.

I was for over an hour looking for a certain cable and not a single employee offered assistance. They weren't busy just seem uninterested. Many items were out of stock.
