This year everything seemed really well put together the decorations and the seasoning areas outside. The skating rink were really nice. I was a little disappointed with the shortening of our session. The session was only an hour. However, considering it was free with my independence blue cross insurance card, I can't complain too much.
The staff was super helpful and nice too. The $20 for parking was a little much I miss when it was free but it was cold and slushy so we decided to pay instead of looking for street parking.
Cutest little date night spot, or a night out with your kids! My daughter and I couldn’t ice skate because we didn’t purchase tickets ahead of time online, but we still made the most out of the night. They have a little section to play boardwalk games, a Ferris wheel, hot cocoa and plenty of options for eating! They have options outside, don’t just think you have to order from inside of the lodge! You won’t be disappointed! ❄️☃️🎡🎯☕️🛼⛸️✨
Winterfest was a winter blast! This is ice skating in Philadelphia at its finest. Featuring loads of carnival games, closed pit wood burning fires to keep warm, and all the comfort food one could ask for (I had the smoked brisket chili, which was incredible!) all set to a charming winter festival theme. I highly recommend checking it out if you get the chance.
Such a hidden, magical, amazing indoor and outdoor fun filled activities! You can go ice skating, arcade game room, indoor Chickie and Pete’s, funnel cake, alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Best day ever !! And security is present.
Lovely place to spend few hours with family, at night its very lovely .You can ice-skating, eat, drink, play few games or just chill seating.
This was a super cute place to visit. Although the ice-skating and boardwalk are outside, there are places that are indoors and heated. They have a Chickies and Petes and also a place called the Iron Bar inside. They also have a bar inside that offers some drinks and hot chocolate. They have an ice cream stand and a funnel cake stand with a few other items outside as well so there are plenty of options to grab something to eat or snack on. The ice-skating ring is fun but it does get busy and you have to navigate through people that are unsteady. They also have an arcade that is indoors. We bought tickets online for the skating so it saved a little bit of money. It was definitely a fun time and even if you go on a colder day, there are plenty of places to warm up. It is a cute experience and very pretty!
Magical if you’re a Christmas Elf like me . Your heart will literally dance. It’s a chill vibe full of Christmas wonder. We rented a cabin to celebrate my daughters 18th Birthday. Long story short we extended our stay because we didn’t wanna leave. Do urself a favor get down there
A nice skating experience! It does get crowded, though. Didn't have any food, but the hot alcoholic drinks are great. Beers are okay, but wine is not, probably barefoot. Firepit at $35/90 mins. is worth it vs. just standing around the rink, waiting to skate for your 90 min. skate window.
