These guys are always great. Super knowledgeable, friendly and willing to take the time with a customer. I thought my device had caught a virus. They worked through the magic they do, determined nothing was wrong and sent me on my way. Accepted a disruption to their day and work flow to help out a customer. Just great.

I sent my laptop in for replacement fans late August and I've gotten calls about how its back together and runs. The broken gpu and cpu fans were removed but not replaced, and I've yet to get my laptop back.
