Very nice gym. Extensive fitness equipment. Nice heated indoor pool. Helpful staff. Issues are people playing their device out loud in the sauna. Issue with old-over-used towels.

In-Shape on Mooney. It has everything you need You can’t beat the sauna or steam room. The indoor pools are a huge plus. The gym being two story, has the the biggest variety of machines than any other gyms I’ve had memberships to in Visalia. The new manager seems to know how to keep a gym running great. Staff acknowledges me with a smile every time I enter or leave the gym! Keep up the great work guys and gals!

These people wouldn’t know customer service if it slapped them upside the head. They are the WORST. They continued to bill a CANCELLED membership for years after it was cancelled. Another party pays the bills so it was just discovered they’ve been billing a cancelled membership for over 5 years. Unbelievable!

I sign up over the phone, very helpful. I been going everyday. Friendly clean. The team is awesome. I just recommend friend to sign up. Thank you In-Shape for changing my life.

Love the club. Don't like the hours. Don't like the billing dept having their own issues with my automatic payments then pulling $267 from my account without as much as a phone call. Deplorable. No help at the club either. I couldn't get past the already overwhelmed front desk attendant for any answers.

Fantastic zumba class. I like that there are segregated sections rather than an open floor plan, that way it can be semi private as you can work out. The only turn off was there were several closet areas that had junk piled up that you can see as you walk by. The housekeeping staff left their cleaning cart in the aisle and there were cleaning supplies in walkway. Other than that it is a great facility and friendly staff.

I like the variety of exercise equipment there and that I usually don't have to wait in line to use a particular machine. Place could use more water fountains though.

This is the first gym I ever signed up at when I started lifting 10 years ago and it will always be home. Unfortunately, I no longer live in Visalia but was here on a weekend for a visit so I decided to stop by for a workout. I was immediately greeted by the front desk attendant named Veronica. She was super friendly and made me feel right at home by making it simple to get registered for my day pass. As a GM at another gym in the Central Valley, I truly appreciate this not only because I know how many personalities and moods they run into daily but because she understood the importance of me wanting to get to my workout! Please be kind to the front desk staff, they deal with a lot :) thank you Veronica, this team is lucky to have you!
