In-N-Out Burger - Hamburger restaurant in Queen Creek - 20545 E Rittenhouse Rd, USA

Delicious food. Great service, everyone is always SO friendly! The drive-through line is usually quite long, which is a bummer, but that's cause the food is so good! Only real complaint is that the fries have been rock hard the last few times we've gone... not the usual soft, fresh fry we're used to getting there. Pro tip: go right when they open. Everything seems to taste way better then! 👍🏼 (I just tried their "veggie burger" for the first time... it's basically a regular burger but without the meat. Tasted great, but the bread was super soggy from the pickles. Next time, will order pickles on the side.)

In-N-Out has a great reputation and is usually quite good. However, on my last visit, it was just okay. The Double Double was good, but the fries were not up to par. I wish I hadn't ordered them. They seemed to be dry and not flavorful. Maybe they've changed the way they're cooked?

A staple no matter where you are. Food is pretty decent as the burger are consistent but the fries are soggy most of the time. The staff though are great. They seem to enjoy working there and are on top of cleaning the dine in area. You definitely get a younger crowd and they can be super loud but is to be expected. People enjoy it there so that’s all that matters.

The customer service is good very nice employees....I got the cheese burger meal.... my first time ever having them I literally understood why they call it in n out lol

Truly enjoyed our meal, the service, and overall experience! When we pulled in, we immediately saw the long of cars waiting in the drive-through and considered turning around but didn't. We got in line and then were greeted by a smiling young woman requesting to take our order. She was helpful and patient to answer our questions all the while guiding us to continue to stay with the line as it moved forward. Before we knew it, we were at the window and greeted by another upbeat friendly person who reviewed our order, processed our payment, and gave us our food! We highly recommend it!

In-N-Out is actually really bad. There food has ABSOLUTELY no flavor and is extremely bland. Went to multiple different locations and there food just sucked. Fries were extremely wimpy and have no salt or seasoning. They not much when it comes to variety, I would rather eat McDonald's over this. Only decent thing is the atmosphere and feel of the place, I will give them a couple points from that but wouldn't recommend. No wonder there not on the East Coast.

Not really sure what the hype is all about for this place. Mediocre burgers and floppy fries. The ones thing that really irks me about this place is the drink cups/lids. I've been to this location twice (kids request both times) and both times the flimsy cups have had the lids pop off and the cup collapse spilling soda all over inside my vehicle. To me, this is a massive flaw that can be easily rectified. I can't imagine I'm the only one with this issue. Two trips and two spilled drinks.

We ate in the restaurant yesterday and a worker named Hope was so helpful. She checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed, got condiments for us and offered to bus our tray. Fantastic experience! And the food was delicious as always.
