In-N-Out Burger - Hamburger restaurant in Tustin - 3020 El Camino Real, USA

I always have the best experience at in-n-out, but what prompted me to leave this review was the above and beyond efforts of Steven at this location! I came with my 2 kids (a baby and a 2 year old) and his service was exceptional. I was waiting to hear my number but I never did, he anticipated that it would be difficult for me to go with the 2 of them to get the food so he brought it to me, along with a high chair, and even brought us ketchup. I was so impressed by his kindness and attention to detail!

You can never go wrong with In-n-Out, especially at this location. Staff is friendly and every time I’ve been, my order has never been wrong! Would for sure recommend animal style whether on your burger or on your fries! Inside/ outside seating is big, but can fill up quick. Overall, great place, cheap, but delicious food.

What's there not to like about In-N-Out? The food is always top-notch. 👌 The service is always great. Yes, the waits in the drive-thru are always pretty long, but it's worth it. Always. You can't change my mind. I don't go to In-N-Out often, but when I do, I never ever leave unhappy. All I leave is satisfied and looking forward to my next visit. I can't wait until I get to go back again. Hopefully, it'll be soon. :)

I get it - the burgers here are cheaper and better than a competing fast food chain. But really, that's where it ends. They're still paper-thin patties, typically overly salted and the fries are inferior to almost any other chain. This would all be acceptable if it didn't take 20+ minutes from arriving here to getting your food - hardly in and out... I just can't see how it could possibly be worth the wait.

In N Out Burger, what can I say- it's in N out! I bought a T-shirt😊 I bought 2 T-shirts. They had mixed my number up. I was number 43. They kept calling 41 but nobody was picking it up. So I asked, "did they by any chance mix up my order?" Well yes they did! And they let me have the first order, But they made me a New one, a hot one😁😍👍🏼 the first order was just fine, but that was cool to give me a Freshly made hot one! So I'm wearing my T-shirt proudly! Oh I gotta add, that particular In-N-Out was really crowded with people. That staff does a fantastic job at what they do!! Props to them👏🏼

This establishment is as consistently good as many other locations with a friendly staff. I love that they offer free hot cocoa for kids on rainy days, I find that very charitable. Gotta have the burgers animal style for extra oomph, and you can always ask for extra spread.

The only reason for 4 stars is the never ending drive-thru line that can be confusing and can cause quite a stir when entitled people ignore or do not realize that there is a line of cars in the parking lot heading towards REI. Other than that, In-N-Out is as reliable as gravity. You know what you are getting every time you go there. High quality fast food!
