In-N-Out Burger - Hamburger restaurant in Oxnard - 381 W Esplanade Dr, USA

My husband had to get In-N-out while we were visiting family in California. It was good, I hadn't had it in years since I lived on the West Coast so it was a fun treat. It was busy but didn't take too long to get our food. The staff was nice and accommodating to us and kept the place very clean. We will always grab it at least once every time we come to visit!

The food was to die for especially double double and chocolate milkshake. I got animal style fries last time pretty good but very filling. Great prices and tasted higher quality and not as greasy as McDonald's, service was fast kind and effective. Tables were fairly clean because they are always busy. Prepare for at least 20 min wait when they are busy.

Sophia took my order with a huge attitude.. Her and the other guy who was working the drive thru with her were busy talking and ignorning cars. They were both swearing on the Job and looked very unprofessional out there. Ive been to alot of In N Outs and have family members that work for this company. She approached my vehicle with an unpleasent attitude instead of asking would you like fries or a shake to go with your meal. She just kept laughing with other employee and not making eye contact with us and kept repeating "is that all". Ill take my business elsewhere next time. In n out needs to step up and handle this situation to make sure this does not happen to anyone else.

I ordered a double double animal style with extra toast on the bun and a slice of fresh onion. Also, fries well done, light salt. My order was prepared as ordered promptly even though it was busy inside. I won't use the drive-thru...too long of a line.

In N Out is always a great choice. But I have to say, this location was next-level excellent. The place was packed when we visited and they absolutely cruised through the orders. Literally one of the other people waiting next to me turned and said, it's kind of amazing watching them work at this speed, right?! And I agreed: Every staff member seemed in a good mood and they all supported each other behind the counter and at the cook stations. It was like watching a ballet... that's how well they worked together. Kudos to the awesome staff. I hope management appreciates you! (P.s. the burgers and fries were perfection!)

I'm staying at an airbnb across the street and I couldn't be happier. Thankful I have to walk there because I'd probably turn into a hamburger by the end of my trip!

Good and friendly service crew. Some dedicated team ensures tables and chairs are clean when to the crumbs when vacated. Other than that, cheeseburger and fries tastes great!

Nothing more to say other than what else can you expect from an In-N-Out. Same quality that full fills the calls of our bellies when we wish for another burger. Same prices all around as well, name a place that servers a decent burger for less than $5 that has more than 1 patty. 100% would recommend anyone to try any establishments from In-N-Out!
