Can't go wrong with in N out :) We visited this location for the first time a few days ago to get our favorite order (Double Double Grilled Onions!!) The food was Delicious!! The staff is super friendly, the location was very clean with plenty of seating areas. They are always VERY consistent!!
This location is great, right off the 55 freeway on 17th with lots of parking, and top quality
This is my first time at this location and our person taking the order was really great. Tall and blond boy was outside in the parking lot, cheerful in this heat! What a trooper! We were ordering for 5 people in the car and he was great. He only had to request again from my son in law what was the drink he wanted. We paid and everything on the order was exact. You have to love that on your first visit I'm pretty sure we will use this location again. It was not all that far from the house, to be honest.
Always consistent and always fresh. Every time we’re traveling and have a chance to get some IN-N-OUT we do it. They get the order right every time and the folks working behind the counter are always nice. This place crushes all the other fast food crud that’s out there, although we consider this on another level anyways!
One of my favorite In & Out locations. Always quick and friendly. I would like to extend a sincere thank you to staff and management. 5 stars every time.

Double meat, no cheese, protein-style, with grilled onions, add peppers. I am more of a Five Guys burger eater myself but In-N-Out is growing on me. The employees are always so smiley and friendly and helpful. Everybody always seems to be in such a great mood and have good energy. I love that! Keep it up In-N-Out! Well done! You're definitely doing something right. Thanks for treating your staff right.
Grew up in California and when I go home it's one of the first stops I make. Still the best fast food burger in the country.
I had a very late dinner at just past 11;00 pm and I-N-O is reliably known for opening late into the early morning. Just as they live up to their reputation, there was a fella standing out there to take my order. Of course I ordered a double-double w/extra grilled onions, and animal fries with extra grilled onions also. If you've never tried animal fries with grilled onions you have to do it! It was about $14.00 including tax. It is so good. I ate half and saved the rest for tomorrow! This place is terrific!

Hands down one of my favorite places to visit in Downtown Santa Ana! The food is prepared fresh, the drinks are tasty and the staff is always helpful. I recommend visiting for happy hour and be prepared to carry some change for the parking meters.
