In-N-Out Burger - Hamburger restaurant in Laguna Niguel - 28782 Camino Capistrano, USA

We don't have this in Canada so really want to visit and see if it lives up to the hype. The menu is pretty straightforward and simple and the staff is super friendly. Is it really THAT good? No but it was tasty and hit the spot. For a fast food burger joint, I'd say it is one of the better ones.

This place doesn’t really have an atmosphere. This is specifically a double drive-through, which is great. I was in the service was extremely slow, which was actually bizarre because the line was long but now it made sense the line was long because it was just going so slow. They were really confusing and how they read back the order which shouldn’t be that difficult. And then we got home as you can see the light fries are just about not that there they look deflated and not very good and, just not the same standard is in and out should be. So they really work on their service and their standard.

I've been going to this In-n-Out for 25 years and it is still awesome. Outdoor seating, or eat in the truck in the parking lot. It's got two lanes for ordering, plus inside ordering, but only a few counter spots, I don't hardly ever see anyone eating at the counter. They have been open through all the road construction at Avery and they are still as accurate as ever. These guys make a great protein style Double-Double with plenty of lettuce on the wrap.

In n out food is consistently great no matter the location and this trip was no exception. Today they weren't as busy as they usually are but somehow my order took longer than normal to get to me. I went inside and ordered. I know that the drive thru orders take priority, and that makes sense. I also know that my order, which included animal fries, would take longer than ones with regular fries. But I watched 4 people walk in the door (over a span of 5 minutes) after my order was already placed and walk out with their food before me. Then when I walked up to ask what was going on and gave them my receipt, my bag was done and sitting off to the side. So needless to say, I was very irritated by that.

Everybody was so friendly and nice to us. We had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious as always and the lines moved quickly 🍔🍟

Best fast food ever. Great quality. Better than many restaurant burgers. Meat is smallish so I add an extra patty usually.

In and out!! What can I say, no matter whether it's 11a or after midnight, the location on Camino capistrano is always courteous, and the food is always hot and ready to eat!! You can't go wrong with this location!

I’m probably being biased but In-N-Out will always be a fav. staple in our household. We sporadically take day trip to the Salem/ Kizer location as it is the closest In-N-Out to us (2.5 hrs. away) and just in general, In-N-Outs are always consistent with/ they’re customer service and food they never miss a beat. I have never seen that in a restaurant before, in fact from California-Arizona-Nevada we’ve NEVER had a bad experience that’s how consistent, always clean and smoothly ran ALL locations are ran! I can 100% say and I nave never said this before but they have NEVER disappointed us whatsoever. If In-N-Out is involved in your day, you’re going to have a good day!
