In-N-Out Burger - Hamburger restaurant in Pomona - 1851 Indian Hill Blvd, USA

Got reco by a local friend. The service was great - staff was welcoming, order and pick up process was smooth and efficient. The food quality was good overall but did not leave any special feeling for me. Meat was moist, the frenchies were fresh and the milkshake was delicious.

Went to go to this location I was close to it...I believe Tracy helped me out black girl with glasses,she was a sweetheart! Very efficient and nice great personality,my food was ready pretty quick. I appreciate her she did a great job ,dealing with the public is hard but we need a lot more nice people like her it makes it a whole lot better and shows how much she cares.

4x4 burger was delicious 😋 to bad you can't go bigger anymore on the burger. As a teenager I worked at In n Out in Ontario 4 years you could order a 16x16 if you liked or 12x12, 10x10 I've seen it . The quality was the but maybe the new age employee can't handle bigger tasks like the older generation did to bad, bad company choice. Hopefully that's the only thing that was cut from the secret menu Animal style, Flying Dutchman ect.

The line was short so naturally you go because you assume it'll be quick and the quality is always great so I got my order pretty fast got home and my burger was burned black.

There was a couple in front of us in the outside dining area complaining about the service and food even called corporate too complain so they could get their "free gift cards" while literally licking their fingers after eating. The food was good and the service was great, the girl at the front was super nice.

In-n-out should no longer be classified as fast food if it takes 20 minutes towait in line and 37 minutes to receive your food after it was paid. Spent 1 hour just to be able to eat is a little ridiculous. I can get a bowl of Pho to be served within 15 minutes. At least the food taste good. Not 1 hour wait time good though. Not to mention their drive thru causing so much road rage.

There are still quite a few of the In-N-Out Burger drive-thrus that do not have a restaurant. We found this one to be particularly interesting in that it had a picnic area in the back where we could park eat out In-N-Out burger and enjoy the sunshine. No question In-N-Out is the best

Parking and drive thru is crazy on Indian Hill and American, but once you get your mouth on that cheeseburger it all fades away, then a pull on the vanilla shake was worth the wait 👍🏼😁
