In-N-Out Burger - Hamburger restaurant in Arroyo Grande - 1170 W Branch St, USA

Like all In N Outs, drive thrus are long and time consuming. After a long drive from Carmel, the food certainly hit the spot. The food was great. My well done fries were perfect. Staff was friendly.

First time at In and out. Never wanted to try it bc they look like McDonald's in the pictures. But California natives recommended it, said it's better than McDonald's. They suggest animal style. I didn't like it. It had to much processed American cheese on it, the burger patties where overly seasoned with that mustard flavor, and the bread was not stale but not sweet soft and chewy. Overall the flavor I keep tasting was greasy cheesy salty mess. And the animal fries was gross. They put process cheese on not shredded cheese. I wouldn't recommend it to tourists or out-of-town folks.

In and out burger are consistently clean and the food is fresh which is wonderful. I do recommend parking the car and actually going inside instead of idling your car for fifteen twenty minutes where you wait in line.

Wonderful experience dining here! Norman was so friendly, gave us amazing service and a warm welcome. Also chatted a bit about music - the man has good taste ! Cindy Lauper and Prince 😊

Stopped at this In-N-Out after a recent concert. We've never had a bad experience at any In-N-Out and this location was no exception. We used the drive-thru. My wife ordered a double-double cheeseburger, animal style, and I ordered a 3x3 cheeseburger. We shared an order of fries. And we were happy!

Great place to grab a quick bite to eat just a little loud for my taste to be honest. That's no fault of the establishment of course just a preference of mine to go elsewhere but you can't really beat the price and quality of the burgers there. The fries are great when fresh and if they get cold and you like soggy fries more power to you. The staff is always courteous and attentive.

Went in the other day . My order was not right and I walked in to fix it. The manager was SUPER BEYOND HELPFUL!! Thank you guys . Made my day because it was a huge order .

I'm French and I never heard about in N out before driving in front of the restaurant and seeing a long line of cars waiting in the drive through. I thought that it's probably a nice place if so many people are waiting there ! I have to say that I really had the best American fast food experience in this restaurant. First the decor and the staff's uniform is quite old school and I find it charming. Second the menus are really simple and easy to understand, but also cheap ! We had 2 cheeseburgers, fries and a chocolate milk shake for 19$. We had to wait about 10 min but the place was really full. The restaurant was super clean, the staff really nice, and the food surprisingly good for a fast food - fresh, not too much in quantity and not too greasy ! I give extra points to the milkshake for taste and not too much sugar. Also the portions are reasonable and you don't feel like you've eaten way too much after finishing your meal. That's a long review to simply say I loved it and I hope I'll have another in N out meal before flying back home !
