In-N-Out Burger - Hamburger restaurant in Rohnert Park - 5145 Redwood Dr, USA

Today was especially good. Somedays are better than others. The service was amazing for fast food. I didn't get her name but a young lady asked how the food was and I told her they had sliced peppers last time and it really added to the burger. This time they had whole peppers. She said she'd be right back and came back with sliced peppers. Then when we were finished she asked if she could take our tray. Very nice! 5 stars🎶

In today's economic climate, I find In-N-Out to be budget friendly. Although it may appear daunting when the lines are long, they do move quickly. The staff are always friendly and courteous. I can not rate the atmosphere as I have only been in the drive-through for this location.

It was late in the evening when I went to the In-N-Out Rhonert Park location. Although the line was pretty short, it seemed to have taken forever to get my food. However, my hamburger was hot and my fries were lukewarm at best. Since I was hungry, and had a long drive ahead of me, I didn't go back to complain.

Pretty minor but slightly frustrating after a long day: I watched as my food sat on the counter waiting for fries as 5+ orders after my # were fried up and served. Sure, I could have said something, but again... minor. Problem was they had one kid cutting, soaking, frying, and serving spuds solo at 7pm with a line around the block. He did good considering, but it seems like he could have used some help and a better system.

Been to a lot of fast food restaurants & they were good but this one In particular stood out the most to me. Food came out right away, staff was extremely friendly & especially the employee Raymond. He was so friendly & made sure that we had everything we needed & we gotten everything we ordered. Amazing service. Gotta give that man a raise!!!

So many people love this place! I wanted to write a review for 5-stars for this building. It's so fun & unique!! Enjoy your burgers, fries & milkshakes! The lines can be reallly long cause it's so popular here. Oh, and there's a Shell gas station next door if you need gas! Happy In-N-Out'ing!

Consistently consistent with flavor and quality. You can't go wrong when you know what to expect. And good prices.

Stopped by here before going to Graton on the other side of the freeway. It’s in n out so not much to say on the food front since we all know it the standard fare and it doesn’t disappoint. However the line for the drive thru was long as was to be expected, so I opted to go inside since there wasn’t a line indoors. Service indoors was actually surprisingly fast between the ordering and time I got my food, I was expecting to have to wait longer, as tends to happen at other In N Out locations.
