This is second time I'm have ordered a "Double Double " (2 meat paddies) and gotten 1 with extra onions ect... I did say anything the first time (yesterday) but it happened again today. I totally understand that they are super busy but please pay attention to order, because someone could remove something for "food allergy reasons ". As far as the taste of the food it is great!

Sunday, October 8th, 2023 evening The drive-thru line was a little long this evening, but the service was very good. The person who took our order was polite and the employees at the front order area were friendly too.

While I have never been a big fan, the family loves it, so we go once in a blue moon. Tonight was the quickest it ever took in the drive-thru...in/out in 10 minutes.

I went for lunch by myself after a long days work. Everyone with smiles on the staff cherry and helpful everyone rushing to get that pink lemonade In and out always brings a smile to my face. It is truly a California classic.

Couldn't ask for a better burger! In N Out is my favorite place for a burger. Double double well done with extra onions and always with an order of fries and a Dr. Pepper or a Neapolitan shake. If you haven't tried a Neapolitan shake, it is a must! Don't forget to look up the secret menu and try some of them out....

I’ve been to dozens of In-N-Out locations and judge each one on the food presentation, since it’s always the same menu. If the burger is consistently wrapped well so it’s easy to eat in the car, I give it the highest rating. The location at Balboa and Sherman Way is consistently good, no messy burgers in the car. The fries are usually hot, but not always. Good fast and friendly service .
