IMT Pleasanton - Apartment complex in Pleasanton - 3992 Stoneridge Dr, USA

We have just moved to IMT Pleasanton and WOW its amazing community and have a very nice environment - the services have been great so far. We have mainly worked with Taylor through out the whole process and he has been a great listener, professional, great ability to instruct and guide you with the process, helpful, and of course friendly moreover these all together became the reason we chose IMT Pleasanton as our as our next home. Last but not least all the leasing office/maintenance team whom we have communicated so far have been great and helpful.

I have been living here for a couple of years. The community is really nice. Especially, the maintenance service is impressive. The service is prompt and completed perfectly. Thanks Jack - maintenance staff for the amazing job.

I’m a current resident and Jack has done a fantastic job of handling our service requests. He completes them in a timely fashion and also teaches us about what he is doing when he fixes something. Thanks for your help Jack!

Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request, I always received a prompt response, Thank you Mike Simon (maintenance staff). He's quick to check and fix whatever issue we have in our unit #6.Him (Mike) being respectful, nice and polite feels like you are taken care of.

Taylor and his manager helps a lot and answered to all queries we put on with patience. No other community leasing consultant will answer you in such a polite manner. Not living in this community but still sharing my recent experience in Pleasanton.

Taylor was great! Answered all our questions and was very enthusiastic. Led us to making the decision that night to apply and process was super easy and fast.

Jack and Chris are the best! They came in the next day after we put in the service request. Super polite and worked very quickly. They fixed everything in 30 minutes!

Be careful of renting in this community. First impression can be wrong. They have a fountain working almost all day long. Water and the pump at the doorsteps of building 3926 are constantly making loud noise. As they have very thin, old windows, you will hear it anyway. And they won't warn you know about that. Also watch out of hanging something on interior walls. Although the contract states that reasonable amount of nails and hangers can be applied, they will charge you at moving out for even 3-4 nail spots and won't return your deposit. I have rented many places around Bay Area and this community left the worst impression I've ever had.
