The tranquil and serene atmosphere that surrounds the pool has been a wonderful addition to my everyday life. I must say, the pool itself may not be used frequently, but that's precisely what I adore about it - it remains a hidden gem, offering a peaceful oasis just steps away from my doorstep. Whenever I needed a moment of relaxation or a break from the daily grind, the poolside area became my personal retreat. The apartment itself has been a cozy and comfortable home, and the convenience of being so close to the pool has been a significant perk. The soothing sound of water gently cascading, the warm sun casting its glow on the poolside lounge chairs - it's pure bliss. Throughout my stay, the management team at Imt Apartments has been attentive and responsive, ensuring that any maintenance or upkeep matters were promptly addressed. I appreciated their dedication to maintaining the poolside area in pristine condition, enhancing the overall ambiance of the community. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Imt Apartments enough. From the first call when I was still in search for an apartment til now several months later I haven't regretted my decision to move here once. Amazing above and beyond service in the front office and from maintenance. Friendly but respectful and quiet neighbors. Beautiful and fantastic location. Great experience! Highly recommend.

I absolutely love my apartment. I am close to everything, Bart, freeway access, Downtown Walnut Creek, Downtown Pleasant Hill, Shopping, iron horse trail etc. The staff is amazing and so sweet. Claudia, Mele & Lanie all welcome me with smiles whenever I pop in the office. Anytime I need something fixed, Jose and Kenny are always prompt and friendly. My neighbors are really nice and always greet me & my dog when we are out on walks. I am also grateful the landscaping is well kept and beautiful. I took a big leap of faith choosing an apartment I had never seen (moved from Denver for work) but the staff made the process seamless from start to finish. I could not be happier to start my journey in the East bay in my little apartment in Pleasant Hill.

I applied for my studio apartment and we started the process right away! I was able to take a tour of the place and Sherri noticed an issue with an outlet and it was replaced and looked really well done by the time I moved in that weekend. Sherri was nothing but amazing at answering my many phone calls and emails. I love me new spot and the complex is so clean and quiet! No complains so far!

This review might be a bit lengthy, so please bear with me. When we initially visited IMT, it wasn't our first choice. Our preferred option was right in front of Bart, offering a two-month rent discount. However, when we met Mele, everything changed. Despite arriving early for our appointment, she graciously accommodated us and showcased the model apartment, which was absolutely fantastic. Mele meticulously addressed all our queries and kindly provided us with details about an available apartment at that time. Unfortunately, I couldn't respond promptly due to work commitments. Nevertheless, Mele didn't leave me hanging; she maintained continuous communication. And finally I got a call from MELE that there is an apartment available on second floor facing south and that's exactly what we were looking for! The best part was her willingness to honor my request for an earlier move-in date than initially agreed upon. This was because my previous apartment was undergoing noisy drilling and construction, and I didn't want to subject to the disturbance and dust. Mele's support has been invaluable throughout this process. It's been a week since I moved in, and she's still in touch, ensuring that we have no issues and that we're enjoying the apartment. The team at IMT has been the best group of people I've ever encountered in this industry; they make us feel like part of their family.

Great maintenance team! I had some minor appliance and plumbing issues. Jose was awesome, fixing the problems in minutes flat. Very fast and effective work!

Rowell came today to fix my blinds. Not only was he fast, but he was also very pleasant. I love working with the staff here! Like Rowell, they all do a fantastic job by fixing the problem and showing me preventive maintenance. IMT has done a great job in hiring the right staff to maintain their properties here in Pleasant Hill.
