Working from home during the pandemic, I had to sort out a blue screen on my Windows desktop PC. The gang at IMS had my data recovered and machine repaired with new disk drives and a failed graphics card up and running in under 48 hours. Billy was patient and careful to be sure every need was addressed, and after I'd returned home he was happy to remote-in for some final tweaks.
