Avoid this place at all costs!!! The owner is a heartless man who does not care about you as a person! You are a must $$$ to them. I was told I would be given all this help and they would help me with the schedule and I just got kicked out of the gym by the owner. He refused to sit down and have a conversation with me. He was completely over the line, yelling at me instead of going somewhere quiet. This is the third time I’m blown off by them. I paid 1.5k to be treated like trash. These are toxic masculine men!!! Stay away.
Amazing facility, the staff is very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to fitness. Personally for me this is a wonderful environment to workout in, I’m not a gym guy and get very intimidated working at large gyms. Impulse fitness provided me with one on one training and the classes are fun to be a part of. The suit is super cool and I definitely get the burn and workout I need 3 days a week. Highly recommend impulse fitness to anyone who is a beginner or advanced.
I was try several techniques and NOTHING ELSE COMPARES WITH THIS!!!! I really love this new technology, working out here is so quick and effective, has changed my whole body. I truly recommend Impulse body fitness. Instructors are amazing, I’m totally in love ❤️

It is the best place to get in shape when there isn't much time and if you don't like the gym, excellent service and the trainers are the best, excellent attitude, they help you with your goals. Sebastian, Ricky, Valerie and Antony are very friendly. I recommend it 100%. I've already lost about 20 pounds and I'm still.
Its a Petfect training program, for me its the best way to do my exercises,is a revolutionary I think everyone need to try, Go to Sunny Isles Beach or Gulfstream Park....
Amazing experience! Have been working out with Rickie more then 2 years. Great result! 25 minutes class giving result as working out 2 o3 hours. Recommending to everybody to try.
