Fast shipping but they do not honor their own return policy. I tried to return a quart of Kashmir and the rep over the phone said no, and wouldn’t even look up the order #. I said the order was within the 30-day window and the item is unopened and unused, but he said he didn’t care and that custom paints aren’t returnable. I’m also not sure how this item is “custom” when it was purchased as-is from the site. When I asked why it wasn’t listed in the item page or the return policy that the product is not returnable, he became angry and started yelling. It was bizarre, and I unfortunately became angry and yelled as well. This company is not worth the stress or the money if they are going to fly off the handle after being questioned about their own policies. Will avoid this company in the future and will advise other to as well.
