Going on my second month here. So far everything has been good. Shlonda in the leasing office was super friendly and helpful. When I first came to look at an apartment, I told her I was looking for something peaceful, quiet and secure. She was able to show me a few apartments that met my needs. I told her let's get the ball rolling ASAP. She was able to get me in within a week. I'm very pleased with my apartment. The atmosphere here is very plesent.

Shonda Nash was very professional and knowledgeable. She was very helpful during the whole process. She was pleasant and sociable. She really knows her job and preforms it very well

Horrible horrible communication. Very unprofessional. The receptionist Shalonda seems to be backed up with work or just lazy. Has no clue an appointment is coming up within the hour of. Makes it difficult to change appointments while debating conversation with an attitude. Morgan Properties please address that Professionalism is important first and courtesy to your employees before hire.

Ms. Shlonda is the best very responsive and straightforward. I needed to come into the office and she was dealing with some body being very difficult and she handled it more professionally then I’ve seen before. She helped me move in to my apartment in 2 days and been super helpful during my stay here.

Ms.shlonda was amazing! She sat down with me and my boyfriend and helped us get an apartment together for hours. She is very personable and such a sweetheart! She does a great job at her job and talks to everyone that walks in the office with respect !

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Ms. Nash is very helpful, patient and understanding professionalism is 100%. She needs an award certificate in customer service because some customers are very demanding and rude. I saw her deal with it first hand. She has always made me feel comfortable, welcomed and at home from day one!
