Imperial Motel - Motel in Chicago - 45 W 103rd St, USA

It is a great motel. Clean rooms and washrooms. Equipped with all the facilities. Also price is very reasonable. Recommended

I thought these rooms are new but they're not. These rooms are not cozy, light switches are broken, the lighting is like way too bright in some rooms. Bring disinfecting wipes/spray to any hotel or motel.

They don't clean the sheets or the floor. They make it look clean by clearing what you can see. Under the bed is disgusting and there are mice in some of the rooms. Also manager was acting weird about taking card when they took the card for 5 days straight.

The rms are clean the bathroom bth isclean have Roku TV and xxx movies all on flat screen TV in the lobby they have a ice machine and ATM the clerk was professional and knowledgeable i had a great experience

Well I am sorry I can't say the same I enjoyed my stay my room was clean I aslo required no room service because I cleaned my room afterwards myself daily. The motel staff were more than gracious they allowed me to charge my device when I clearly forgot I came with out my charger and they were pleasant and social. As well anls humble and affordable prices and comfortable. Which I thought to be surprising because I felt comfortable enough to leave my door open and go downstairs to the front desk and there was nothing missing nothing taken and everything still intact..... Thank u imperial for a pleasant and wonderful experience.... Much love......

This is one best hotels. I love the remodeled rooms they have great prices and the staff is very nice and friendly.

This place was a greattttt experience flat screens I was watching Tubi netflix n paramount Bae beee when I say this was my home away from home exactly what I mean dnt forget the microwave n the refrigerator 🤭🤭🤭

Horrible environment. Room beds are dirty, flies in every room, water damage in bathroom over tub. For the rate your paying could be a little more put together.
