This place has made a more positive "impact" (no pun intended) on my life as far as trying to learn and understand new things I've never known about technology and how to dive deep into it. I loved the resources that were given to us and I thought they were all helpful. I also love how we all communicate, especially for those that have to communicate from online to the class. I feel like the instructor(s) went into depth with everything they were talking about and if we didn't understand what was going on, they would always assist us the best way possible. Wonderful program. I joined Impact Tech in August to take Security Plus, the instructor was very helpful, additional resources were available at a moments notice and the team was immediately available to any problems in our way. I was hesitant at first committing to an online course but the schedule as very flexible. I look forward to taking more certificates this year and recommend this program highly to any prospective students.

The course was thorough and emphasized all the important concepts. The teacher is dedicated and very helpful, and has spent time going back to clarify and explain to those who had doubts. Mr Ahmad, the administrator was very helpful and actually attends most classes, occasionally intervening to clarify and explain. Overall it was a great learning experience

The Salesforce class was my first class with impact-tek and it was a great experience. I was afraid at first and I felt like I wasn’t going to understand on anything since everything thing was new for me but after two weeks I fell in love with this class. I found myself rushing to my computer to finish the homework and although I sometimes struggled to solve it, the happiness I felt after understanding and competing the assignments was always gratifying . The instructor was very patient, supportive, and worked so hard to help us during our journey. He dedicated his time out of class to help us may God rewarded him for that, and brother Ahmed had the patience to talk to people and guide them to the right path to start their journey in this field, and he always provided us with resources and information related to jobs and classes in this field. I encourage people to try this class out, you will not regret it!

ImpactTek has a very knowledgeable team of instructors that would go above and beyond for their students. Learning with ease and a responsive mentor is very important for me to ensure a successful experience. Definitely recommend if you would like a change of career in the IT field!

I told their AWS course and it was great! The instructor was more than helpful, would go into extra detail to explain any concept we didn’t understand, and would even take extra time outside of class to help us with our labs. They offered so much support and set you up for success. Would highly recommend!

Impact Tek is absolutely phenomenal. My experience in the classroom has been surreal. From obtaining help on interview questions to becoming a Star, and learning the ins and outs to what is needed to pass the A+ exam was very pleasing. Getting labs that work with real world scenarios was so informing and appreciative. I know that if you want something bad enough, you’ll get up and move. I’m very happy about the hours that I spent on the weekends in the classroom. The helpful feedback was so motivating. I’m just happy I had a chance to work with such great people in my classroom. My classmates also helped me push towards my goals making the class interactive. The true kudos has to go out to Asim Bhai. I am very proud and pleased to be around such a great instructor and I was very pleased with his constructive feedback. The hours put into each and every topic was filled with compassion and care that Asim Bhai gave to each student including me. I know his work touched all of our minds and hearts so thank you Impact Tek, Also I don’t want to leave out Ahmed Bhai for helping me sign up and tap into my full potential.
