Impact Zone Training Center - Gym in West Lafayette - 2781 Klondike Rd, USA

Just finished training here for the summer. Huge thanks first and foremost to coaches Spencer and JV for helping me all summer. I came into Impact Zone looking for a program to get me bigger and stronger in preparation for my first college soccer season. These guys delivered that and more, teaching me things that will continue to benefit my growth even after I leave. I’m feeling confident going into college, and I would definitely recommend Impact Zone’s lifting and supplemental programs to anyone looking to improve their sports fitness.

Couldn't have asked for a better gym to train at. As a complete beginner with no experience, I joined Impact Zone Training Center 3 months ago to try out their kickboxing/muay thai program. I was immediately welcomed by the coaches and students, who walked me through the basic techniques and made me feel safe and in good hands, while also keeping the pace right at my limit. This gym is just filled with genuinely great people who made me fall in love with the sport, and if you've been thinking about picking up a martial art I wouldn't hesitate to give Impact Zone a visit.

There are many reasons that I would recommend Impact Zone! First, I love that there are classes for the entire family. We have worked out a schedule where us parents can participate in fitness classes during our children’s self-defense class. That makes getting to the gym so much easier! Second, it’s a fun place to work out. The coaches are friendly and have the most positive attitudes. This takes away the intimidation that I’ve felt working out at other gyms. The other clients are fantastic, as well. There is truly a strong sense of community and friendship felt at Impact Zone that I’ve not experienced elsewhere. If you’re looking for a fun place to work out and build your confidence in fitness, Impact Zone is that place!

This place is everything. You not only learn physical training, whether it be jiu jitsu, olympic lifting, kickboxing, or general fitness, you also learn how to take care of yourself in nutrition and sleep, and even more importantly, the mindset the coaches have are contagious and have changed my life. I love it here, ImpactZone is family and I wouldn’t trade them for the world. Don’t make the mistake of wondering what you may have missed out on. These people genuinely care about your quality of life and your success in your goals, they will stop at nothing to help you achieve them.

I would highly recommend impact zone to anyone, brought my daughter in to learn how to lift properly and knee rehab. Spencer set her up with a program of lifts and nutrition. He was always willing to work around our schedule so she could make sure to get her lifts in he always asking if she needed meal plans to help with her nutrition. She now has joined the high school program the impact zones offers.

I was invited to a holiday workout and committed without knowing what I was going to do. I arrived and did one of the hardest workouts I had ever done. It was difficult and I pushed my limits, but when it was over I knew I could do better! At that moment, I knew training at Impact Zone would be life changing. I signed a commitment to IZ, and more importantly to myself. I agreed to work hard and in turn I’d be in the best shape of my life. My physical appearance improved and, most importantly, my mental health improved. The coaches at IZ are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and impactful. Joining IZ was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and there will never be a time when I’ve regretted my decision.

Great place to train for many reasons. Whether you want to get in really good shape, compete in martial arts, or learn to defend yourself. Excellent coaches and a team oriented atmosphere. You will improve in many aspects of life.

After 1 year at impact zone I've experienced a veteran/military friendly gym that has amazing coaches with professional experience. Programs that are not only good for people with experience who want to compete, but even people who are just looking to get in better shape or learn for the first time. An overall awesome community and wish I had found it sooner than I did!
