Elizabeth was wonderful explaining the oral contrast process and making me feel welcome. Jen answered questions before and after the CT scan. Maria was Efficient and professional in the procedure room and during the CT scan, asking the proper questions to determine whether I had recent lab work and performed at EGR test appropriately prior to the IV push. Angie was thorough and finding a proper vein for the IV and was accurate on the first attempt. Everyone made me feel welcome and heard with any questions or concerns I had.
The quality of service provided was exceptional. The imaging procedures were carried out professionally and efficiently, ensuring minimal discomfort for my daughter.

The hospital was not overcrowded. My husband had surgery. We did not feel like he was in an assembly line waiting to be run thru a machine. As is the case for most hospitals. All interaction with staff was great. At home care team was awesome.
