Imagine IT is an awesome IT partner. They have helped us with so many projects, and they are very proactive in solving issues. It's great to have an IT partner on top of their game. When we call with an internet issue, they can see the issue on their system and get to work right away by calling the providers. They also help us establish systems to work with our compliance regulations. They are also great advocates for our best interests regarding tech projects and requirements that are more complicated to understand. They're great at explaining things too and helping us understand different aspects of our tech needs. The people are also great to work with!
We have been partnering with Imagine IT for the past few years for our business needs and couldn't be happier. They address any technical issues that we have in a very timely manner. At the help desk they quickly escalate the issue if they are not able to figure it out. They are knowledgeable and very friendly. I enjoy them teaching me how to do things not just fix them.
