Scam! Thieves! Don't care about their clients! Avoids hundreds of calls and emails! No response! Leaves you hanging! The manager David has completely ghosted me! He has wasted so much of my time trying to get a hold of him and writing emails, now he's going to waste more of my time to take ILK to small claims court. He recorded our phone call, as did I, and I have provided all the documentation & medical notes needed to break my 1 year contract that I paid for upfront without hesitation. I went to maybe 5 classes when suddenly I needed an emergency surgery and could no longer punch for 6-12 months. Every punch was slowly damaging me, and I didn't know it til I blacked out and cracked my face open. They will screw you over! Highly recommend finding a company that keeps their word and honors their contracts. Horrible communication. Horrible management. AVOID ILK!!!

Ilovekickboxing is just what I needed to help me get in shape! The staff is super encouraging and friendly, making my experience the best every time! This place makes working out enjoyable! I love all the instructors, they make a point to get to know everyone and are wonderful at creating an energetic atmosphere. I am the kind of person that needs motivation so the encouragement to push myself really helps me give my best! All of the people who go are so friendly as well. I found myself going way more often than I thought I would, and started noticing results pretty quickly. Also the daily Facebook posts help keep me excited for a great workout and making progress with every class.

I'm in my second week and I love this place. I have social anxiety, so just getting here is a feat, but I never regret it. The instructors are friendly and motivating, the facilities are clean, and the classes are fun! I see people of all shapes, sizes, ages, and genders at these classes, which motivates me even more. Whatever your fitness level, whatever your confidence or motivation level, if you walk through those doors you will get closer to your fitness/health goals. You will be sore after every workout, which shows you how much the class is transforming you.

Instructor Kristine was super helpful and super nice, would definitely recommend to take her class, it's also really nice considering I'm 6'8 and 255lbs I was able to do everything in the class

I Love Kickboxing is amazing. All the staff and members are very kind and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a change in their lifestyle. I have always had issues with staying consistent with my workouts until a few months ago, when I joined the Rainbow Family. The instructors here have helped me stay motivated and on track with my goals. I had never sweat like I do when I come and get my workouts done here. It is just a different environment that has helped me stay motivated. Although I have not lost many pounds, I can see the change in my body. It has really made a difference and I will definitely continue to come to I Love Kickboxing. I will continue to work towards my goals.

Signed up at this location, pretty good workout. Have been around the valley at different locations and this one seems to have the heaviest bags. Which I like haha! Instructors are good, I’m generally there before sunrise, so workout with Tommy. Had Rachel once, she was great super helpful to myself and the whole (super small) class. Like I said, great workout and great addition to traditional weights

I have been going to this gym for over a year now and it is amazing. You get such a good workout! There is no way I would push myself at a gym alone to work this hard. I have used a personal trainer in the past to push me for a better workout but the kickboxing classes are way cheaper and I think I work harder in them than I did with the personal trainer. The classes are really fun and motivational. The instructors are great and really make you feel like a part of things. Over the last year, I have lost about 40 pounds and have gained a ton of muscle. I am smaller and in much better shape now, after two children, than I was when I got married five years ago. Join this gym! You will not regret it!
