This program is NOT free. You invest $600, they say you get it back if you complete the 6 weeks. Then by week 3 they try to sign their members into enrolling into their annual membership, and suddenly that $600 you were promised would get back, actually turns into a CREDIT back towards a reduced annual rate” 😂 they should be following through with what they promised in the beginning, giving back the $600 if you finish the 6 weeks regardless if you continue with them or not. Lesson learned - NEVER give your money to any business without A SIGNED CONTRACT, all of this was verbal and nothing written down on paper or signed. Super sneaky and not transparent. Don’t get scammed and trust your gut. You’re better off buying a punching bag and following videos on your own or getting a YMCA pass. Dont fall for this bait and switch!

If you see the posts for a “free 6 week transformation” program, do not follow through. Nothing about it is “free”. It is just a clever way of getting themselves more gym memberships with manipulative verbal workarounds to make people believe they are getting something for free. Management is manipulating vulnerable women who are just looking for true change in their lives into giving them more money. Targeting and manipulating people by seeping through the cracks of their deepest insecurities; (specifically the insecurities of women) is one of the lowest and shadiest ways of being I can think of. The manipulation is subtle to some, but you know the truth in your body. Trust yourself. Trust your gut. And move forward with this program, or working with this gym at all, with caution, presence, and awareness. 🙏🏻

So you know how, when your out of shape, like REALLY out of shape, and you are afraid that they will tell you: "your not cut out for this" or "this just isn't right for someone like you?" Doesn't happen here. I get the same attention and caring that someone who can do all of the moves gets. I get the same cheering on that someone who's doing really well gets. I matter here. For a fluffy person, that's important.

The atmosphere is great! We are greeted with a friendly and personal greeting every time we arrive, not to mention all the friendly members we've met. We all work at our own pace. There's no competition what so ever. It's the best full body workout that I've EVER done. I leave dripping with sweat and love to gear up for the next workout. It's tough, but never discouraging.

I am so excited to accomplish my fitness goals with this class. I took the free class today and absolutely loved it! I just had to join 💞💞💞 Lindsie is absolutely amazing as well.

I stumbled upon this gym from an ad online so decided to try it out. I've been hooked since my first class! Great atmosphere and super fun workout! All the instructors are amazing and keep you motivated throughout your class. Would def recommend!

Created some goals to hold me accountable, and signed up yesterday for the membership! Had my first class today and absolutely loved it. Very clean establishment! Everyone one is welcoming and full of energy! Can't wait for my next class and to start doing one on ones!
