Hands down best gym I’ve ever been to. Equipment is spectacular and always clean. More importantly Nate and Jordan are two of the nicest and courteous owners I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. They truly have something special here and I am blessed to have met them and their amazing facility.
Was passing though town and needed somewhere to work out and they had the best pictures/ Reviews so i gave them a try Very nice welcoming staff best experience with people ive had while passing though Texas. The place is very nice. With plenty of really good equipment anything I needed/wanted they had. Would recommend.
I started training with Tan at Illuminate Fitness in May of this year and it was the best decision I’ve made in 2018!! I wasn’t looking to lose weight - but more so gain muscle and tone my body. Tan is SO knowledgeable in nutrition, fitness and to top it off - he even does physical therapy!!! I’ve gained 15 lbs of muscle mass and my body is changing in ways I didn’t even think was possible!!! And not only that - Tan has also been helping me with my carpal tunnel!! If you have any fitness or PT needs - come see my guy!!!!! He’ll rock your world!
Clean , great equipment, and lovely leadership ready to greet me and ensure everything I needed was taken care of. They are so sweet! Made the recent switch and I see Kendall Robinson as my trainer. Love him!! Very few trainers are knowledgeable of their craft and you can tell Kendall has method to his madness. Lol Pushing you to the best of your ability with zero excuses tolerated. Add the beautiful facility and you cannot deny feeling right at home at Illuminate Heights. 10/10 would recommend !
I have been training with Nate for over a year. He is amazing. Before we started training, he took the time to carefully coordinate a nutrition and cardio plan that is tailored to me and my goals. He spends time not only on helping me thru the exercises, but educating me on the importance of proper form in order to prevent injuries. In just two months I was achieving my weight loss and fitness goals. Nate has exceeded my expectations about personal training. I highly recommend him and all the other trainers at Illuminate Fitness.
Hands down the best trainers and gym in Houston. I’m 54 and went to see Nate when the pounds were creeping on. I just couldn’t do it on my own. Nate is always encouraging and supportive. Within weeks after starting, the weight started coming off and I had much more energy. I lost weight but more importantly, I am much stronger and feel decades younger. My only regret is not starting sooner!!
Clean, clean, clean and well equipped. Big gym with small gym atmosphere with owners on floor all day. Casual and friendly with all types of those seeking weight loss or weightlifting to bodybuilding. No wait on machines and benches. The most variety of leg equipment of any gym in Houston. A welcome alternative where owners know my name and I’m not a number.
I can’t say enough good things about this gym!! The people there are amazing human beings and genuinely want to help you succeed. Great equipment, friendly atmosphere, and quality training no matter what your goals or fitness experience. The results I’ve seen over the last year have been incredible, so yourself a favor, invest in yourself and come see these guys, I promise it’s worth it! (I’ve had 3 other personal trainers in the past and Nate blows them out of the water!)
