One of my favorite places to run/walk/ruck highly recommend for all ages
I’m so happy I found this place to hike while visiting Topeka. The trails are well marked and it is great that dogs are allowed off leash. Thank you for sharing this wonderful area with the public!
Love this little gem! Iliff commons is a magical little place right here in Topeka, Kansas. Man's best friend is welcome, most people have them off leash so be aware of that if you plan to bring your own. There are lots of quirky additions: a log cabin, treehouse, swings, benches, bridges, water crossings and Wildcat Hollow. It seems like something new gets added each year. Great outdoor activity and wide clear hiking trails. Bring the family or come for some solitude, you'll enjoy either way!
This place is a real treat to visit! I was so impressed with the gift the Iliff family has blessed us with! Such a serene & spectacular display of Mother Nature to behold & enjoy! I felt truly grateful to be there today, my first visit! Thank you Doug.& Dorothy for your kindness!!!
Amazing well kept trails. Dr Iliff is kind and talkative. The inclines and descents add extra flair for good workouts. The only downside is other people who insist on letting their unruly/aggressive dogs run free .. leashes are often present for those needing them..
This is a wonderful place where dogs are allowed off the leash in lush acres of thick forest and native prairie. Best of all, it is only minutes from Topeka, and those who use it take their stewardship to heart.
Great place to take your kids or pets. Hidden gem and beautifully kept trails.
