I absolutely love this place! I came here on a Wednesday during a work trip and decided to get the Spicy Tonkatsu, Spicy Tuna Toll, Scallop Sushi, and i’ve horchata. And my it was all delicious, and to be honest I’ve never been huge on sushi but this place changed my mind. It was so good I came back the next day since it was my last day in LA. The second time I ordered the Crispy Rice Tuna, Salmon Buratta, and Ube Horchata (again!). I have to say this second meal was my hands down favorite. The combination of the crunchy rice, tuna and sauces was so heavenly, then to have the salmon burrata that was topped with a truffle sauce, I didn’t think they would’ve been a great pair but absolutely delicious. The salmon’s texture was like butter, so great. Lastly, they gave me a complementary Shio Koji Ice Cream, which I was surprised to hear it was a fermented rice. To top it all off, the servers and the person making sushi were so welcoming, kind, and helpful. I wish I knew the gentleman’s name serving me, so I could give him a shout out but oh well. All that to say, this is a must try when in LA!
Went to IK for some ramen and a boa bun and it was delicious! Decided to come back for the sushi and wasn't blown away by it but it definitely wasn't bad sushi. They do much better in the ramen department. Service was great both times and they offer a good variety of sakes. The atmosphere is calming and we didn't have to wait to be seated. They have validated parking in the back but because we exceeded the hour by a couple minutes we did have to pay. But all in all I enjoy going there and will return.
Possibly the best ramen I’ve ever had! Buyer beware though, if you don’t like very rich food then stay away from the Burnt Garlic Tonkotsu. It was delish but very rich. We ordered a lot of food and the service was top notch. Even though it seemed like a cool dinner spot, they were very family friendly and accommodated our group of 8(including 4 kids). Everything was spot on for a great dining experience!
Dishes: Yellowtail Sushi ($7), Blossom Roll ($14), Ebi Katsu Bao ($6), Salmon Don Buri ($14), Chashu Don ($8), STC Roll ($14) Amazing! All around incredible. To start the atmosphere and location of the restaurant is stunning. High ceilings, minimalist clean interior, and the most friendly restaurant staff. They also feature an open air patio (Unfortunately was a bit too cold the night we visited to use). IKI Ramen quickly became one of my all time favorite japanese restaurants. The quality of the fish is off the charts and just melts in your mouth. We ordered a round of several dishes and had to ask for the menu back because we were so blown away. I find seaweed in sushi rolls to be overpowering at times, but at IKI they serve their rolls with soy paper wrap. I find that it highlights the quality of the fish and other ingredients wonderfully. Everything was an incredible balance of flavors. A great place to go with a group. Every section of the menu was perfection. Can't wait to return and try their Omakase and of course their Ramen. I think this would be a perfect place to try a curated chef menu. Highly recommend!
Medium size Japanese Sushi and Ramen restaurant. Cozy atmosphere. Outdoor seating available. Can accommodate larger party butwill require reservations. Street parking only. Service was not fast but worth the wait. Ramen was tasty and authentic. Sushi was freash and very nice.
I went Iki straight three days because I found this restaurant has the best food I had in LA. They made my LA trip truly wonderful. At first time, we tried Kaisendon to go. It was very fresh and delicious. After we tried Kaisendon we had to go back to try more food so we went back next day to dine in. They were amazing in every respect (food, service, vibe etc) We had a small talk with chef and he was very sweet and professional. Also, the staffs are very respectful and friendly. They will be more than happy to explain about their food and deliver Iki’s identity to their customers. For the menu, I recommend Kaisendon a lot. I can say that it was the best quality and price I ever had in NY and LA. Truffle Butter Tonkotsu is recommended if you like rich ramen. It was very flavorful. We finished every last bit of the soup we ordered. There’s salmon burrata as appetizer (the picture is tuna burrata though) Their burrata cheese is very fresh, taste like it came directly from farm. The dish is very good starter dish. Please try shio koji ice cream. They have house made ice cream. Shio koji was definitely my favorite since it had crunch topping. It is rice kind of flavor but hard to explain the taste. I will definitely go back to LA for this restaurant
Takoyaki and ramen were incredible. I will definitely recommend you to reserve if you are planning on going in the evening. Service was quick and they had parking nearby which was really nice. Definitely recommend.
This place is AMAZING! The chef is the owner and makes sure you feel welcomed from the moment you step into the restaurant. The vibe is very New York with clean lines and the food is mouthwatering. Shoutout to all the servers they are so lovely and friendly, they even brought us complimentary desert. Will definitely come back.
Need I say more? WOW. Came here on the recommendation of a client and holy moly itâs soooo delicious. We made 4 choices (blackened miso cod, toro hand roll, yellow tail hand roll, and picachu roll). I canât imagine anything not being delicious on
Food, service, and atmosphere all 5/5. I got the BBQ Catfish (the catfish is lightly breaded and fried) Bowl-Lito, incredible. The people were super friendly and patient, with so many tasty options I didnât know what to get. The atmosphere was marv
Holy wow this place was DELICIOUS! I got the shrimp sando and my friend got the chicken sando (he had never heard of or had a sandwich like that before and still talks about to this day). The shrimp sando was soooo good! Perfectly worked with walnuts
We discovered this hidden gem near our hotel on New Yearâs Eve. The restaurant had beautiful decor, and the food experience exceeded our expectations. Not realizing the portions were so generous, we ordered more than we could eat. The staff was inc
Solid lunch spot. Prices are very reasonable considering the times. All their meats have the nice smoky charred taste, which I love. Iâd say not a dinner spot if youâre looking for some ambience, but still great for take out. Tried both the yakin
Warning: this is not a review about their Ramen I just wanted to say that I had to come and grab a late night snack so I decided to not get ramen but some of the side, vegan friendly dishes that they had there lol Anyway, I was happy I came by not
I came here for a business lunch with a couple of colleagues. I decided to go with the ramen combo, which is a small plate (starter), one ramen and a drink. My starter was the Spicy Tori Karaage, which is a Japanese Fried Chicken in spicy chili sauce
I have a soft spot for classic Japanese restaurants that have Yakitori as they remind me of a childhood restaurant. Sake House Miro was a recommendation from good friends who moved to LA so naturally we came to try it! The Yakitori we ordered was al
My family has been going to Kuishimbo for almost 30 years. We absolutely love this place and we come here whenever weâre in the area. The charbroiled flavor her is so strong and delicious. We love the cabbage salad and the curtido (pickled cabbage)
My new fav sushi spot in Brentwood! The spicy tuna crispy rice is so good and their miso soup has so much flavor. The best roll is the fire crunch, I highly reccomend you come and try!
I love the environment at FBBCHLP! Everyone there is very supportive towards one another throughout the workouts and challenges. Iâve learned so much about my nutrition, mental health and physical strength. I would definitely recommend this place t
I was amazed by the authentic Japanese cuisine at UKA, and being Japanese myself, I believe this restaurant truly captures the essence of our culinary heritage. The chefs' attention to detail brought out flavors that transcended mere appearance, leav

I can't speak more highly of this amazing establishment. My friends and I came hungry and were treated to some of the most authentic and delicious plant-based / cruelty-free dishes. I ordered a little assortment and each one became my favorite! The o
Valentina and Helen are absolutely wonderful trainers. They always go out of their way to help everybody out: always giving adjustments to improve posture and performance. I always book a session when one of them is there. They also play great music.
My time at this gym has been nothing short of exceptional! I recently hit my 1 year anniversary and am proud to be a member of CrossFit Echo Park. At first I was hesitant about joining CrossFit in general due to thinking it was just a bunch of rugged
