IHOP is another restaurant that specializes in mainly breakfast and of course, pancakes. Many variations to choose from in their menu. Chocolate chip to lemon ricotta blueberry, it’s found here. Still can get endless pancakes as one of the signature promotions. IHOP has also moved into lunch and dinner too. Good pancakes.
The waiting time is long but it is worth it. The service is good and the food is better. I recommend it. Only the time is delayed according to the high demand, but it is totally worth it and the prices are regular
The food was okay but the main reason i’m giving five stars is because of the server Keisha. she was so helpful and supportive throughout our experience. she even helped me after we already paid with keeping a milkshake in the freezer which we had taken to go. she never complained when we had troubles ordering and always went the extra mile.
I recently decided to revisit this IHOP, drawn in by their advertisements for an all-you-can-eat pancake special and a kids-eat-free promotion. After a pleasant experience at an IHOP in Vegas, I was excited to enjoy a similar experience at my local IHOP branch. Unfortunately, my latest visit turned out to be a nightmare that left a sour taste in my mouth.
I had seen the advertisement and even verified the details on the IHOP website. Imagine my dismay when ordering , I was informed that the all-you-can-eat pancake special was no longer being offered. To add insult to injury, there was an actual sign inside the restaurant still promoting the special. When I pointed this out to the server, she dismissively acknowledged the sign and casually mentioned that they should probably take it down. This blatant false advertising left me feeling deceived and cheated.
As if that wasn't enough, I was even more shocked
when I attempted to take advantage of the "kids eat for free" promotion that I had also seen on the IHOP website. According to their website, this promotion was supposed to be available every day after 4 pm with the purchase of an entree. However, when I inquired about this offer, I was met with confused stares from the staff. They had no knowledge of such a promotion and informed me that there was no such thing available at their location. It's baffling how a well-known chain like IHOP could fail to communicate their own promotions to their staff and mislead customers in this manner.
The entire experience was nothing short of a disappointment. The false advertising left me regretting my decision to dine at this IHOP location. It's disheartening to see a once-favorite restaurant chain tarnish its reputation with such unethical practices and poor customer service. I strongly advise anyone considering a visit to this specific IHOP location to exercise caution. Based on my experience, it's evident that the customer's satisfaction is not a priority, and misleading promotions seem to be the norm.
I hope that IHOP takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to restore their credibility and customer satisfaction at this location. Until then, I'll be avoiding this IHOP branch and suggesting others do the same.
After being seated and getting water, my baby and I waited 30 minutes before being asked to order. One server kept saying she will be back, the other said she forgot about us. The food was okay and it was fresh. I just wish we were prioritized considering others received food before us who arrived after us.
My daughter and I had breakfast here a few days ago on Sunday morning and the lady who took care of us (I wish I had gotten her name) was super attentive. She made sure my daughter had everything she needed and my daughter had the biggest smile on her face. The food is always great. I really like the strawberry hot chocolate that's going on right now (my daughter had it with her strawberry crepes)
I just had a very strange experience at this IHOP. I went to the IHOP to study and have a meal, which meant that I was going to be there for several hours. When I first arrived I noticed everyone in the restaurant, managers and patrons alike were all wearing winter coats while they worked/ate. it was noticeably cold in the restaurant. The outside temperature was about 22 degrees, it wasn't as cold as that inside the restaurant but it was still really cold. But it is the only place I can study and have a meal and have an endless supply of soda, coffee and water. When I got my food I noticed that it went cold within minutes of getting it because it was so cold in this IHOP. I brushed it off, ate it and kept studying. Around a few hours later my server (who was awesome btw) went home because his shift was over and he turned my ticket over to another server (who made some very questionable choices, but more on that later). I also noticed that the restaurant was getting colder. So a few more hours go by and I finally finished my studying, by this time I'd already put on my own coat, before I paid my tab I went to the bathroom which was even colder then the restaurant. In the bathroom I found that they didn't have running water. . . the sink had no water and the restaurant left out a huge jug of hand sanitizer for patrons to clean their hands with. Which is gross in food service. So I asked to speak with the manager, the server panicked and asked if he had done something, I told him no and then he went and got the manager. An elderly women appeared before me wearing a winter coat with it's own heating system. I asked her if she noticed anything about the patrons in the store, she asked what I meant and then I pointed out that literally everyone in the store is wearing their winter coats, hats and in some cases scarves and gloves. I also pointed out that the thermostat I was sitting next to said that the temperature in the restaurant read 46 degrees. Then I mentioned that there was no running water in the bathroom sinks. She got defensive and said that the pipes had frozen and there wasn't anything she could do about the water and that she didn't think the temperature was a big deal. She offered me a discount, which I declined but they still went through with it anyway and I guess she considered the matter closed. Then the server started making fun of me, asking why I was complaining if I had a coat, he mentioned how he thought it wasn't manly to complain about the temperature and took some other jabs at me. Then he zero'd out the tip section on the ticket and gave it to me and told me I shouldn't worry about it. It was a very strange experience, certainly the most unique I've had in a diner. 2/10, If you like cold food, cold bathrooms and evidence that no one is washing their hands because they can't boy do I have an IHOP for you.
