IHOP - Breakfast restaurant in Olathe - 15410 W 119th St, USA

🥞 This IHOP off of W 119th St in Olathe, OK was open on Thanksgiving Day, and despite being busy, our waitress was kind and attentive. She was moving around quite a bit to accommodate the several tables she was serving that morning, and she did it with efficiency without coming off as quick or rude. I only wish I had remembered to get her name, but we appreciate her service! Food: Food is about what you would expect coming from an IHOP. Delicious pancakes. Crispy hash browns and bacon. Coffee consistently being filled. No complaints here! Service: Again, I can't stress enough how grateful we were for our server. She was kind, attentive, and quick.

I hardly ever give a a 5 star review. I’m giving this location in Olathe 5 stars due to the superb customer service given to us by Roman. He was kind, patient and very professional. We had a gift card that was very tricky to use. Even though it was busy he took the time to make some phone calls to get the gift card to work. We tried at different restaurants to use this card with no luck but his attempts weren’t in vain. I was in doubt on ordering a certain item off the menu and since he noticed me in doubt he offered me to try the sauce on the side before I made my decision . Personally I wouldn’t have asked to do that, but I was glad he did because I ended up ordering something else. Roman took the time to ask us a few times if we needed anything else. I would definitely recommend this particular location because it was clean, the food was great and affordable, but the service put it over the top! Awesome job Roman best server in Olathe in my personal opinion. Mind you we had a toddler with us and he served us with a smile. I’m definitely coming back again and again.

We had an excellent meal with awesome service. I have severe food allergies, and our server was so caring and accommodating and double checked everything with the cook. They even made my eggs specifically modified. And they have the BEST hash browns I ever had! If you are nearby..and want a delish meal...stop here!

IHOP is just such a nostalgic place. I’ve been eating here for years and can always count on a good meal. This was my go to place for a Grand Slam as a college student and favorite place to go as a little girl for breakfast. You can go to fancy breakfast and brunch place with long waitlist…the food may be worth the wait sometimes and it may not. For me IHOP hits the spot more often than not and service is great without the wait most of the time. I recommend the French Toast hands down with warm syrup.

Came here at 3 am with my gym buddies to celebrate me hitting 200 pounds on bench press. The food was amazing and the vibes were immaculate. 10/10 would recommend.

Friendly atmosphere, waitress moved a little too fast and got my order wrong. But made up for it by offering me a drink to go. Also bathrooms are clean. 👍👍👍👍

The waitress was mad when I arrived. She literally treated me like dirt. I will never go back to this location. I eat at IHOP several times a week. She wouldn't give me her name because she knew I was going to report her. I have NEVER been treated this rudely. She did not care. It happened on Sunday evening Oct. 8th. She was the only person working hardly anyone there. Shame on her for being so mean to a customer. I went up the street to cracker barrel where I'm always treated kindly.

Horrible service only one server but she was the rudest. She waited 45 minute’s before giving us our water and kept making rude remarks to the group. The district needs to hire or transfer more servers because the night shift is needing it especially on a Friday/weekend being one of the only 24/7 food options
