I love coming here late night or early mornings. The delivery never misses out either! An amazing staff! They make the best chocolate chip pancakes! I love their scrambled eggs and bacon and ham always cooked perfectly. My husband is a big fan of the sausage. Even when we Uber eats everything comes perfectly pretty and hot thanks guys! Tried to surprise my hubby with a nice breakfast it turned out great!

In Palm Beach for a wedding. This IHOP is perfect for large families with various tastes and desires. HACK: For larger parties, break up into groups of twos and fours and you will probably get seated faster. Standard fare has changed so ask lots of questions to make sure you get exactly what you want. Staff was friendly and calm despite the Saturday breakfast rush. I recommend this restaurant.

This place is usually great the last time we were there the people didn't give a Dam. This chicken tender was green and black , my wife BLT sandwich had 2 pieces of bacon on it. They did me a favor ,I like belvedere IHOP and my loved this one because of the water view. I think she may change her mind about this one now.

We only had a 5-minute wait to get a table everything coming out from the kitchen looked amazing. Two of us order the Eggs Benedict that was amazing my grandson ordered the pancake happy face which came with the sausage egg and bacon and he ate the whole thing. He loved it. The server was very nice and took good care of us. Great experience, great food!!

My wife and I visited IHOP this morning and had a nice breakfast. The wait staff were friendly and quick to get our order, and the food came out pretty fast. I had the 2x2x2 which had a special going for just $5! The pancakes were light and fluffy, eggs were perfect, and I had 1 bacon and 1 sausage. Both were good. And the syrup is really good too. My wife had the Rise and Shine, which is 2 eggs, hash browns, bacon, and toast. She enjoyed it, especially because of the Hash browns. Hard to find good hash browns anywhere as most places went to breakfast potatoes. Anyway, a good breakfast, good service, and very reasonable prices. Just a few of the reasons we keep coming back. Oh, join their rewards program and get free food too!

We came off a cruise starving, and this I hop delivered. The waitress was very fast, friendly, and attentive. The food was hot, and made just how it should be. We also sat on the side with a beautiful view. This really was a great IHOP, actually I would easily say this is the best IHOP I've been to. We were traveling from Central Florida. After 2 days on a cruise that literally starved us, this IHOP was a nice welcome back.

A different iHOP experience - service is slow and drink options were limited. However the food made up for everything - the pancakes were lovely and fluffy!

Our waitress was horrible. She never once checked on us and the times we needed her she acted bothered and put out. My French toast was still raw so i sent it back. They bought me the SAME priece of French toast that I had already cut from! They just threw back on the grill!! Pretty sure that is a HEALTH CODE VIOLATION! There was ONE lady with short red hair who carried the entire floor as best she could that day!! She is the only one who represented your company well! Finally the fact that we got out three meals at three very different times it also took over a very long time! Sad because I used to love IHOP years ago!
