"I recently visited IHOP in Oceanside and had an absolutely delightful experience. As I was having breakfast alone, the warmth and friendliness of the staff really stood out. The omelet was not just nice, but also incredibly tasty, with each bite bursting with flavor and texture. The coffee was freshly brewed, offering that perfect morning pick-me-up. And the pancakes, oh, they were awesome – fluffy, perfectly golden-brown, just how you dream of them. The visit was made even more special by the hosts, Eric and Julie. Eric, the greeter, welcomed me with such warmth that I felt instantly at ease. Julie’s service was exceptional, attentive yet unobtrusive, which is exactly what you appreciate when dining solo. Their hospitality really shone through, turning a simple meal into an experience that was as much about feeling valued and cared for as it was about the delicious food. Overall, the combination of great service, hospitality, and mouth-watering food made my solo visit to IHOP in Oceanside a memorable one. I’ll definitely be returning soon!"

Our waiter Daniel was attentive and on point!! He was the only great thing I could say of this entire time at this location!! The food was horrible, undercooked ... and It was warm damn near cold like they had it made already, and it was served just as is not made to order....I was truly disappointed..... it was my birthday this day, and we have been to several different IHOP locations and never had an issue... please note as well I ordered herbal tea... and lemon, but this franchise didn't have lemons this day... total disaster ..... never will I patronize this one ever again!!!!!

I should never have to write such a review. Ordered the food from Uber eats and for one the food was toppled over… this is an issue with delivery! But now here is my issue with IHOP! The steak and eggs had a dead roach cooked inside! How grosssssssssss!!!!!!?

My dining experience at the Oceanside location exceeded my expectations, setting a new standard for excellence within the franchise. The culinary team delivered exceptional dishes, each bite a symphony of flavors that left me wanting more. The ambiance was warm and inviting, further enhanced by the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Their attentiveness and genuine care for our dining experience made us feel valued and appreciated. The Oceanside establishment has undoubtedly raised the bar for the franchise, and I urge other locations to take note and aspire to reach this level of culinary excellence and customer service.

This is the 2nd time we've been to this IHOP location. We had very good service both times. If we had one complaint, it would be that, although "kids eat free from 4 pm-9 pm" was clearly posted at the entryway, the price for our child's entree was still included on the bill and we had to ask our server to take it off. Other than that, would recommend this location.

Des années que l'on voulait rester ihop et voilà c'est fait, super accueil , propreté rien à redire, le service , vraiment très sympa le serveur, et les plats sont délicieux , que dire à y retourner ça c'est sûre et je recommande cet endroit

Fast and friendly service, atmosphere is cozy and small, if you're into that. Food was good, my 9 year old love the French toast, and he's a picky eater, nothing left on his plate!!!
