IHOP - Breakfast restaurant in Fleming Island - 1825 E West Pkwy, USA

Regular burger served piping hot and cooked as ordered. Side salad was simple but good with the burger. Waitress could have been more attentive to us waiting to pay her for our meal. She was good other ways.

Let me start off by saying that they were understaffed. There was only ONE server for the entire restaurant! Everything from our drinks to our food took FOREVER! I had ordered the country fried steak with gravy, and there was RAW MEAT in my white gravy!! I can understand the wait. I just wish they had mentioned it beforehand as I had my kids with me on a school night. My husband, who is diabetic, was served non diet soda. Thankfully, he noticed bc that could have been dangerous! Then, there was the raw meat! That is NOT forgivable!! I don't understand how that could have happened. It wasn't from my steak, bc that was cooked through, and i thought they add already cooked sausage to the gravy? Apparently not! I spoke with the manager and she compt my meal but I honestly feel more should have been done! I didn't notice the raw meat until I had eaten a portion of it, and it caused me to be sick all night! Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to this restaurant!

We had the pleasure of eating here this morning. I ordered the apple cinnamon pancakes and my wife had eggs Benedict. Everything was cooked to absolute perfection. Stephanie was our waitress. She knew the menu and specials very well. Whoever was cooking today did an outstanding job!!! My wife gets eggs benedict from all over the place. She couldnt stop talking about how perfect it was. Thank you for great service and food today. We love this location!!

The food is great. I eat there at least once a week. They frequently appear busy and short staffed, although the waitresses are always competent and friendly. I get the impression that the national chain of owners should put more money back into the staff rather than spend it on new menu ideas and creations.

We come to ihop once a week. The service by the general manager is awful! In the past, we sent back food because it was rock hard, and she gave attitude about it. Now today, my daughter got a waffle that was so hard she couldn’t eat it, when we asked for a new one, the same manager asked to see it and sent out a new one and then had the cook bring it to our table. She then stood in the corner and I could hear the conversation she was having with the server. Which was not nice. This is not acceptable behavior especially for someone that should be setting an example for the employees and teaching them how to properly handle a situation. A customer especially one that visits frequently should feel comfortable sending something back that they don’t like or hasn’t been cooked correctly to begin with.Very disappointed ☹️

Two servers and sounded like a single cook when we visited. The food took a longer time than usual, but it was hot and cooked to order. A family walked out with about 5 plates on their table, not sure what the issue was.

Had several good meals at IHOP. I think my favorite was the fancy cup of Hotcocoa - the whip cream was flowing over the sides and they had put cranberries and other goodies on top in the center of the cream. Not real expensive. Not elaborate. Just a little bit of fun!
